Fatal road rage crash impacts more than just families of victims

Utah's new road rage enhancement law went into effect on July 1, a first-of-its kind law that was passed by the state legislature earlier this year.
The Department of Public Safety said the law defines road rage, increases penalties and fines, and launches an educational campaign.
Penalties under the new law include thousands of dollars in fines, impounded vehicles, suspended driver licenses and potential felony charges.
