I won't do gaming obviously with this PC, but just need a much wider monitor than my current 27" to run utube, excel docs etc all at the same time. Im worried that this 34" monitor requires a gaming PC spec to work for everyday use???

Hi, thanks for the professional review I'm really debating between this model or the Odyssey "34 G5 I am looking for office work such as WORD documents and more, surfing the Internet and also some games What would you recommend?
Nice video! I was thinking about getting one of these Also at 5:16, most modern movies are edited in a 21:9 ratio to accommodate movie theaters specifically, the black bars at the top and bottom in DVDs/digital releases that people see as cinematic are actually just the result of the video not being tall enough to fill the screen
actually you drag cursor up to right corner, hoover over those little squares between - and X and voila split screen however you want. Don`t thank me just hawk tuah on that thing :))
The fact that Netflix scales his video in your exemple is simply due to the fact movies are shot in 2.35:1 which is around the same aspect ratio as yours and series, like friend, who are supposed to be played on tv, traditionally in 16:9, are in 16:9 and movie theaters are in 2.35:1. I would like to know if Netflix really scales your stream
Hey! Great video! :D I'm stuck in between this and the "Samsung Odyssey G5 34’ monitor" my usage is honesty pretty normal just university, video/movies watching but I want to multitask etc, my current setup is two 24' inch monitors and it's just taking too much space. Which of the two monitors do you suggest? Thanks !
A lot of people say the curved screen is easier on the eyes. Plus, curved screens are more immersive for 21:9 movies and gaming. But curved monitors take up more space on your desk, and some say flat panels are better for some work. I'd pick the Odyssey any day 💯😀
hey mate, just bought this same monitor and really like it. Question, the inbuilt bezel. is that actually a bezel or is it a overscan/underscan issue? looking at your video it looks about the same as yours. Also your eyes are beautiful hahahaha

@AtHomewithLucas I'm using the hdmi cable provided in the package. I think I've got to look more into the monitor settings for it. My PC is only recognizing it as 30 hz and I've looked in my graphics center and also if there's driver updates.

It's funny because Samsung is superior over LG to the point LG stopped making smartphones. LG, in my opinion, just copies everyone with little innovation. Or at least that's how it was during the smartphone wars back in the day.
