When using the egg roll wraps or wonton wraps, cover the rest of them with a moist paper towel while you are wrapping them up. Makes it so they don't dry out to much and rip!!!
I-rish I had one of those Reuben egg rolls! What a great idea for a party! That is the same sauerkraut I use, its my fav. When I make Reubens I drain it and dry it a bit, I then add some of my Russian dressing to it to "season" it. Something I learned in the restaurant biz back in the day. Fun fact, a Reuben with pastrami or turkey is actually called a Rachel. A Reuben only has corned beef. That being said, I also like to use pastrami over corned beef if it's from the Deli. Unless I'm using my Corned Beef and Cabbage leftovers of course. Speaking of corned beef, this year for St Patrick's Day my best friend Ryan and I are making our own corned beef. We got an $80 whole packer brisket that we're going to smoke on his pellet grill. It's a several day endeavor that we are undertaking. It's going to brine for 4-5 days. We got all the spices and stuff to make it all by hand... so we need to toast all the seeds and berries, etc... it should be fun. Can't wait to try it. Maybe we can try and make some of these egg rolls with the leftovers... there are going to be a lot of leftovers! Have a great week! Griddle On!
You totally should have put caraway seeds either on top of the egg roll or inside as you were making it. That would have knocked it out of the park. Great job guys, love your videos!!

#IRISHIHADAREUBENEGGROLL...or something like that! Looks great, and will need to try them. We just did a sausage, peppers and onions egg roll...delicious! On the griddle, we combined sweet & hot Italian sausage, chopped up very finely, finely diced onions & peppers, and of course "Waltwins Usual Suspects" seasoning. Truth be told, these were first made as sandwiches, and then the leftover mixture was done as egg rolls. Next Up: Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls! Griddle on!
