The theragun mini I picked up in 2021 (in response to my plantar fasciitis that summer) was and still is, heaven.
I mean it hurts to use it, but it always makes me happy.
Also, I am very overdue for indian food.
That Indian food looks delicious! And I'm going to check into that massage gun too.
It was great! But I think we will take it to go next time

I was diagnosed a little over a year ago. My neurologist told me to get all my orthopedic work done while I'm still able
But because of my osteoporosis there is no guarantee something else won't break post surgery
I decided last week after talking with my primary

I did in the first week because I could not walk fast enough LOL

@@Misshissproductions Oh wow really? That's surprising to hear. I have a small walk in shower with small built in seats but my Case Manager said to use a small shower chair which looks like yours but smaller
