Hi Jane - I just wanted to pop in and say hello. I'm so glad I found your videos. I'm surprised they didn't show up sooner in my searches but better late than never. I was going to wait until I got to the end but there's no time like the present. It's good to see someone who is actually going through the recovery process. Thank you for sharing your journey.

Having a clean house makes all the difference for your state of mind, especially if you're not in a position to do anything about it yourself. So glad to hear you are making progress--yay, straight leg lift!--and that the INR was normal. When my mom was on Coumadin it could go wonky for completely random reasons 🤷♀
