Thank you for the video! I've been using Buyee and Neokyo to purchase items from Japan, but I haven't tried buying skincare products before. I live in the States and wanted to ask if you could confirm whether these products are on the prohibited items list. It's interesting that Neokyo lists them as prohibited, while Buyee does not, despite the two websites being quite similar. Can you provide some clarification on this?
Thanks so much for your question. I’m not too sure myself because I’ve not used neokyo before. But I did some research on forums and neokyo’s site and it seems that anything that contains flammable substances and liquids is considered prohibited. It seems like some perfumes and skincare products might have traces of ingredients. I’m not too sure but this is what I’ve gathered from reading up.
