That is some really good info for someone wanting to learn. Thanks a bunch. Rooster in the background lets me know your out on the farm like the rest of the hard workers.
@flashdu- Thank you for the kind words and thanks for joining-in down here in the comments! Those dang ol' loudmouth roosters 🙄🙄 Between those, the guineas, and peacocks, there's not too much of an opportunity to make a "quality" or "studio grade" video. At least the hogs, sheep and cattle are pretty quiet unless it's feeding' time.
@BuckYaSaws Thanks Buck!! I've got some more, but didn't want to overload TMI at once. Thanks for stopping in and sittin' around for a spell!! Spring chickens... I love to "see" people smile; glad ya caught that!!
@Homes4homies Carbs are the WORST!! Spray a little brake cleaner and it comes right back at ya!!! I would rather have someone shooting at me with a bb gun without safety glasses than to have to spray cleaner into a carb without!!
@@HayChaffandSawdust1 Yeah it kinda reminds me of the old bugs bunny cartoons where Elmer Fudd shoots himself after bugs bunny bends the barrel backwards, talk about hit the deck ! Man I thought I Ray Charles’d myself. Not my proudest moment but at least I know I’m not alone .
@TheJohnDeereGuy I'm glad that I save THAT from happening... I never was a Holly guy anyway... now, if you were to put a Rochester Quadrajet on it..!!!!!!! I could just hear the secondaries opening on the ol' rochester and sounding like an ol'' 1972 Chevy Biscayne police car taking off. 🤣😉
Spring chicken , that's a fawel joke ! Me thinks black diaphragms are petrol , blue or brown diaphragms are alcohol , but the fiberglass ones ? no idea .
@SepticWhelk 😂😂🤣🤣 Stacking one bad joke on another??!! 🙄Bravo!! 🤣 👍👍 I've read/heard so many things on the colors; I'm not sure??!! I've read that the black ones pump more fuel, I hear the tan ones are for alcohol, I've heard that the blue (nytel) ones are supposed to work in colder weather.
I believe that the fiberglass was a solution for the ethanol problem……it makes the black original diaphragm crispy and bumpy. Messes it up quick, the blue seems to last longer and resistant to E gas, but I wouldn’t think about running that garbage in a 2stroke so any of them work good for me 😅. With the popularity of this carb I get the eBay foreign made kits and sometimes get two or three rebuilds for one money
@@wrstew1272 Good information. I find that the blue pumps less fuel (due to being a little stiffer) while the black pumps the most fuel. Same here; I prefer my ethanol on the rocks and NOT in my saw!!
Keep em coming
@Homes4homies Sure will!!
Thanks for sharing this.
@itllkeal Quite welcome!! 👍👍👍
I needed a little sunshine today
Thank ya for the video
@HawtSawz86 Thanks!!

Looking forward to see this mod tuned on the saw. No doubts it'll pull chain.
My day would have been shot looking for that dropped screw.
@Kevin.L_ I('m dang luck that it didn't drop thru the cracks in the wood floor!! The saw sure tuned better and stayed waaaay cooler!!
Man I’m glad you’re making vids like this. This is the stuff we need more of. Nice work bud
@Houseworksaws I just don't know what to say... the kind words from people like you are very meaningful to me!! Thanks

@jaysparrowhawk9388 Very good!! I hope it works as well for you as it did for me!!
Like this if you have ever learned the hard way how useful eye protection is when cleaning a carb

@Homes4homies YES!! And sometimes you'll think "it'll be ok" (maybe because the red bandana changed to a blue bandana??) and whammo!!
Looks as if you should could have been a brain surgeon! Keep those videos comin.😉
@bigmoustacheal3295 HAHAHA!!!! It was a tossup between being a brain scientist or a rocket surgeon!! Lisdexics are teople poo!!!

Excellent now I don't have to put a holly double pumper on my 026.
