Best part about your channel and Yacht presentation is that it is about the Yachts. Not about you and you being in the shot. But it is all about the boats. And the camera work is all another subject. By far the best Yacht presentation channel out there.
Not a fan of Nautistyles I take it?
@@clifbradleythey annoy the crap outta me
Well said
What do you expect from a seasoned professional journalist personally I expect nothing less from Nick every thing he does is done with class and professionalism even his outtakes!
@@clifbradley nope.
Very nice vessel, especially for the price point. Many thanks for the tour! 🍷
Thanks for watching!
I wasn't expecting the accommodation to be as as good as it is. Very nice boat! Thanks Nick
Glad you liked it!
Great tour of the perfect party boat in the 40’ish range.
Only concern I’d have is the gap in the drop terrace - shouts broken ankles!
Love Jeanneau boats, good boats for local cruising, with family, friends etc and unexpectedly surprising interiors for confort. Merci bien Nick 😊
Love a nice day boat, that’s a ripper 👍
Really a great boat for a weekend or a few days. Attractive layout. I like it very much. Thanks for the tour Nick.
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
Does exactly what he says on the ...boat 😁👍🏴.. very nice boat
Thanks Nick!
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but Mr Burnham sir it's nice to see a new Jeanneau, not had one from Jeanneau for awhile, I could easily spend a fortnight holiday on this boat, it's really no different but better than any two berth caravan or campervan, plus like you say Nick a great party boat for a gang of friends out for the day very smart and tidy,as ever thanks for the tour all the best from Cornwall 🤗👍🖖
Quite a few people are going to be very happy with their versions of this boat. TY Nick.
A good nippy weekender, cheers Nick
That second cabin really surprised me! I did not expect to see that much space in cabin #2. I could definitely see my wife and I with another couple hanging out on this boat for a long weekend cruising from Marco Island (where we live) to Key West. I have a 37' Grady White sport fishing boat, but this would be a good compromise! Brilliant!
I thought your line of: "I could definitely see my wife with another couple..." was going somewhere different
@@pistonburner6448 Perv! hahahaha
This boat would make a spectacular SBIII.
Fantastic weekender. Great video. Love this channel. 🇦🇺🦘😊
Thanks so much!
Great boat and a superb tour. Thank you, Nick, you are the best.
Glad you enjoyed it! 😃
Great design, love the drop down balconies! great day cruiser surprisingly large amount of space
Fun! Thanks for the tour Nick!
You're welcome!
it would be great to spend a few days. it's a beautiful yacht. thank you Nick.
Any time!
Nice day boat and/or weekending.
Day boat? It's 2 bed yacht! Spacious rooms. Thank you for the tour Nick 👍👍
Thanks for watching!
Excellent video and boat Nick 🚤🛥️⛵️👏👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
Thanks JQ! 👍
Good versatile day or weekend boat inside and out.
With the two cabin's of a good size, proper heads with separate shower. So you could stay the night in a marina.
Nice boat
Thank you Nick⚓️❤️
My pleasure!
A very beautiful boat, I could definitely spend a week on here. Very nice finishes and spacious for its size, I was surprised by the amount of room below deck. Great tour Nick thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Very nice Jeanneau! Smugglers Blues 3 @Jeanneau 🙂
1:17 Noooo you didn't talk about the hinge! It's beautiful! Now you ow us a hinge mention at the next opportunity Nick!
Very nice party day boat (with reasonable overnight accommodations if the party goes to long!). They do need to fix those gaps on the drop downs.
Nice weekender boat! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍
Thanks for watching!!
@@AQUAHOLIC 👍👍
Lovely !!!
I'm feasting... I'm feasting... yummmyyy!!
Thanks for the tour. A bit slab-sided in appearance but lots of space. It is also sold with outboard power I believe.
Looks like a nice overall package. The quality of the fitout looks good too. I like the bow seat, that has been rare on 40-ish foot sport cruisers of this style in the past. It looks like it has enough speed to make it a comfortable cruiser at decent speeds, as you mentioned.
More comfy bow fishing than you would get on a center console.
Quite nice indeed.
Hi Nick, Again a great yacht to see this new Jeanneau DB43 a very open day boat what can travel a lot of guest the funny balkomies on both sides you see more and more now but even you can sleep on this yacht with 2 good size cabins and one big bathroom wow a nice chaseboat for a Superyacht what you think Nick great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Many thanks!
Beautiful boat
Love that one - I hope to have that boat when I retire 🤞🏻
3fridges, hob and oven but no generator (?) That’ll challenge the batteries and inverter. Yes ?
At that price new, I think I would opt for a second user 55/60 footer. Starter boat for those with a villa on the Med……..Hmmm interesting. Thanks for sharing Nick , presentation top class as per usual.
I also picked up on that. Not even any solar either to at least give the appearance of trchzrging batteries to run the hotel load at night. A small 10Kw would be sufficient I think.
@@clifbradley Maybe an exercise bike with a generator and 2 crew will suffice
Thats a very nice boat Nick, as you say in warmer climes it would be fantastic. The range seems a little weak, i expected the usual 250-300 at cruising speed. Maybe they can fit larger tanks or maybe not required as a day boat.👍🏴
What a lovely boat she is i would be very happy to spend a couple of weeks on her only if it was just the two of you, i think they have covered every bit of space and she looks amazing
Again Cheers Nick for covering this. Also looking forward to Sunday for a great couple of hours catching up with the ones I’ve missed 👍👍👍
Got something really exciting coming on Sunday!!
So I'm 1.03 minutes into the vid and see a leg breaking hole in the "balcony" that enough.
I spotted that as well
These drop down sections would be ideal for launching a Smugglers Blues inflatable paddle board... On first seeing the range, I thought 144 miles isn't very far, but I imagine it's plenty for the type of use this boat is intended for. I like all the fridge space for beer.
Drop the speed down to 10 knots and triple the range if needed.
Nice one nick,thanks
You're welcome!
Well Nick .... This is a very interesting boat. I know you have mentioned other models as a potentiel new "Smugglers blues" - but this could also be a contender...?? And that second cabin.... almost had the DNA of a master cabin if it wasn't for the limited head room.... indeed a generous guest cabin in my opinion . It is interesting how you never spare yourself. We will get a look into everything, even when access is somewhat restricted or tedious .. thank you very much for these videos, and even though superyachts are so nice and very interesting, I personally, think that this segment is so much more interesting - because it "could just some day" become within reach..... again - do not stop - we rely on you for our 15 minutes of "holiday" while we watch these fine boats....
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
All that party space. Loads of refrigeration but No Ice Maker ? I see a lot of warm drinks. Lol
Nice boat . . I could do a week or so . .
Love the fashion statement Nick and the excellent example of sitting . Lol .
Take care till next time .
👍👋NZ🇳🇿🍻
😎
Looks like Smugglers Blues 3 to me @Nick! 👍😃
Nice boat to explore Costa Blanca )
A nice day boat… we are from different planets 🤣
My 17 Foot boat is a day boat… that boat is a floating house
Sunday roast! 😂
I really like that boat. Very nice size , was looking could I drop down and catch a fresh grouper for dinner.
Oh that removable shower cap thing is going to end up on the drink within a week tops. Needs a hinge!
its the shower head itself so its attached to the hose.
Wow! You get a matching socks to go with the jacket if you buy this beautiful yacht? That's amazing. 😛
Do like it , it’s like you said day boat or a weekend trip.
Thanks nick nice layout great med boat and reminds me looks a bit SC42 ish
Nic, you've found Smugglers Blues 3! 😃
I'm really hoping we get an Aquaholic bloopers video for this Xmas. Not sure why that came to me but it would be great. Nice boat as well.
If you want bloopers, we got bloopers! TH-cam search 'AQUAHOLIC bloopers'. 😄
2:34 "Hob is under here." I don't know why this is the first time this really stood out to me, but I decided to look up "hob" because it's not a standard American English term.
*hob* noun (1)
1 dialectal, England : hobgoblin, elf _(nope)_
2: mischief, trouble _(nope)_
-used with play and raise
_always raising hob_
*hob* noun (2)
1: a projection at the back or side of a fireplace on which something may be kept warm _(Hmm, nope)_
2: a cutting tool used for cutting the teeth of worm wheels or gears _(nope)_
3 British : cooktop _(We have a winner!)_
*hob* verb (bonus)
hobbed; hobbing
_transitive verb_
1: to cut with a hob
2: to furnish with hobnails
There we go, Aquaholic teaching us British English. 😁
5:04 And then there's the 'archives, archoves?, architraves? alcoves!' 😆
You need to make a "zombie apocalypse" top 10 video at some point.
Maybe even just the exact boat you might pick to have if such an event were to happen.
The "boat" you want is a completely full oil tanker or a nuclear powered sub/ship. Anything less and you will need to refuel way too soon for it to be practical. Next best option is a sail boat with plenty of spare rigging and sails.
Nice
Nice price for very pretty vessel
Great boat, well presented
Nice enough, just seems to not quite get it, for me. Can't really fault it, nice day boat design, love the drop balconies. Nice below deck design. I wonder if replacing the engines with outboards, freeing up space in there, and adding a generator and maybe Seakeeper, would be the thing to do. Add toy space in there, too. Nice look at a perfectly usable boat, thanks Nick.
I love boats like these but they certainly not the fit for my region ( the Great Lakes) where the water temp averages 50-55 degrees and severe N'Easters! I suspect that that would be the case in the UK too. Great tour Nick!
I see the princess s72 more as smugglers blue's successor. You need some inyernal covered space if boating in uk or the nordics
Nick a possible contender for smugglers blues3 lol
The large rear locker is great for storing the daughter's boyfriend. The nearby shower can be utilized to hosing him down too, as and when necessary.
Fun looking boat - and they look lovely when new - but do question the longevity of the cabin build on the modern production boats? Solid engines though, so I guess if it's only getting fairly light use, like you say it would be great for a day out in the sun.
I know it's unfair, but I just watched the Pardo 75 review...
And 🤷🏻♂️
@@markclews3784you mustn't be a boat or humour person champ....
I also feel your Pardo pain bro.
@@thehoov6672 - 😂😂😂
The Pardo GT75 is crap compared to the Canados 143 though.
Very nice boat. Looks like it doesn't have a generator, but room to add like a little Panda. With three (small) fridges, that might not be a bad idea. Seems pricy for 1.5 cabins, but that's me being old, I'm afraid... Thanks for the tour!
I know the feeling!
I do like that both cabins seem to have good hull windows, it must have some pretty small fuel tanks, and for a day boat, how about generator options ? For my boating area, this is a great boat
Another great tour, Nick. Better accommodation than I was expecting, but I am disappointed by the on-deck seating; there's no corners! That arrangement must be what the market wants, but I'm just not a huge fan, personally.
Surely this must be Smugglers Blues 3 Nick? You must be pulling in the kind of dosh required now you’re a celebrity of the boat world? Nice to dream eh. Great boat. Great tour. Have a great weekend. K
Ha, I wish!! 😄
I could see my self of babbacombe in that in the summer i noticed the same as some one else with that balcony down theres a broken leg when you fall through even with railings up there still a chance of falling down whole
Good video! Attractive design, but IMO it falls short not having a generator. The staterooms are nice, and I’m a little befuddled that someone spending that amount of coin on this would only get one helm display…
Truth be told, I’ve never been a fan of “party boats”, probably having seen first hand how alcohol and water don’t mix, but that’s just me.
Quality
Do I see the next iteration of smuggler blues It's time for you to reward yourself. Have an excellent day Nick
Sadly out of my league!
Sort of a “big sister” to Smugglers
Shocked how low the mpg is even for a sports boat, would have expected at least 200.
I'm just here for the socks
😎
Nice looking and great layout but lacking in range.
SB3 ? 😊
Smugglers Blues 3??? 😉
Good price. Alot of boat for that money.
great boat and presentation but no generator?
This boat, fit n finish without doubt makes the Axopar 45 look very very expensive. Axopar's perceived value pricing method must be off the scale.
Nice MY, great for day trips/weekends with family, range not great though for a planing boat. Are you planning on doing a review of an Omikron OT-60? they look great.
U forgot that ips-joystick
Question is Nick, when are you getting yours ????/ 😉
Very awkward step ladder to the engines, the top of the ladder support looks dangerous and could cause a lot of injury if you slip, it needs a re-design.
Jeanneau DB43? i think you got that wrong nick, that's a Jeanneau S(muggler's)B(lues)43!
😄
1476 Merlin Oval
“Day out” doesn’t cut it for this size boat .. “week out” does! Look at the Riviera 445SUV.. that u r yet to showcase … this is a @ day boat only”
Hi Nick, that’s a lovely boat, and it seems that it isn’t priced excessively.
I have one question please….( which you may have been asked before )
What’s the deal with the straight bow..? I’m probably old school but I much prefer the sloping bow profile.
Is this just a new design craze..? Or has it some design benefits or sea keeping positives..?
I’d love to know what you think.
Cheers
John
It's a popular design trend, it also creates more interior space forward and it also increases the waterline length.
I do enjoy matching your videos, but why you never comment on the negatives? Everything is very clever, very smart indeed... Meanwhile the toilet is besides your head when you sleep, or the kitchen has no extractor, or the heads is Jill, Jack, and Joe so you have to make sure to lock 3 doors before you go, then unlock them...
Because they're yacht tours of awesome boats, not consumer reviews. 🙂
Smuggler's Blues III?
It’s a very useable boat.
Modern and stylish but
who could ever afford it.
Perhaps. top drawer
people such as
A Doctor
A Solicitor
An accountant
An architect
In my experience most
of these professionals
can easily afford £650 000
on a boat. I think not.
Just a few company directors I guess.
Spend that much yet not good for winter 😮
Jeanneau will very happily sell you an Antares or something else if you want a boat suitable for winter... 🙂
the accommodation is only pretty good, not fantastic?
This boat was made for my next yachting season: I'm a dirty bas***d and I'll be 43 years old next year = DB43!
(Not really, just joking)
