    Thank you for this valuable Godly information! I thank God for placing this ministry in our path. Because of God and this ministry my husband and I couldn’t have had the marriage we prayed for. God’s continued blessing!

      I listen to videos like Jimmmy, read books on relationships, start each day with 15 minutes of Bible study. My wife dies not I think it helps our relationship tremendously. At very least it keeps me focussed

      God asks us to focus on OUR part. HE will then do what is needed with the spouse. WE set the example for them.

    Do u think u gave Joni bad advice. I would like to mknow what his wife said ab him. U called his wife abusive but I wonder what he did to create an environment that wounded her.

      That doesn't mean HE did anything SHE could have been the toxic person playing the victim

    How to succeed?
    Let the wife have it her way.
    Something you never read about in the Bible.

    Very disheartening that you said it was ok to divorce a spouse if they are destructive/ unhappy/ hard in marriage. Joni marrying a divorced man with stamp of approval.

      So what should a person do instead?

      Jesus said only divorce if your partner commits sexual immorality against you..otherwise you make the one your divorcing a victim of adultery.

      This ministry offers help for ‘unhappy’ marriages.. ALL marriages in fact. As a counsellor I advise people who are in an abusive marriage, where their and/or the children’s lives are in danger, or damaged to get out. I’ve heard Jimmy say in other teachings that people in these situations are offered help. If the abusive spouse shows true remorse and repents, a reconciliation is a very real possibility. God can heal anyone and every marriage. I’ve never heard Jimmy advocate that you are allowed to divorce and remarry simply because you’re unhappy. The advice this ministry offers is excellent and completely doable. It offers real hope. Please don’t simply criticise 😔

    Jimmy, why didn't you give this advice to Doug & Lisa Weiss in order to help their marriage succeed? You say you are a marriage counselor. The Weiss family needed your help. Instead, you chose to support Joni & Doug's sin & gave your stamp of approval, which is contrary to what God's Word says. You should have spoken truth, but you chose to please Joni/Day$tar. God help you

      @@thenewsonjones3064Joni lamb the founder of day star her husband died of COVID and she remarried a man who was divorced supposedly because of just unhappy/differences. I personally think as believers and especially the day and time we live in we should not be focusing on stuff like this. We are not God we should be joining together trying to bring as many people together to the Lord but instead we want to argue on rather her marriage is biblical??

    • @maazzouni22
      @maazzouni22 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's between God and them. It's none of our business. We should stay focused on God and HIS kingdom and not sinning ourselves. We should pray for one another not condemn. Especially when we don't know the full story and background of the situation. Give it to God and let Him handle it.

      @rachelmorrow1088 Joni is supposedly a worldwide "Christian" leader by choice. She is to be an example to the Word of God that she/Day$tar preaches. She can't adjust the word of God to "fit" her lifestyle choices. As believers, we can't bury our heads in the sand as we sing Kumbaya, My Lord. How can Day$tar now preach against adultery, divorce & manipulation & expect the world to hear & live by the Gospel when they are doing as they please? Too many "Christian" leaders have no accountability & don't want it either. If these "Leaders" want to do things their way, then they should stop collecting peoples money to do things "their" way & NOT according to God's word. They could then fund their own "gospel"!

      Maybe he did. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT REALLY HAPPEN. EVERYONE IS ASSUMING what they want to think happen
