It is finally time for me to share my journey of playing Final Fantasy VII with you all. I really loved playing Final Fantasy VII Remake and sharing that journey with all of you here, so I of course had to share this too!
I went in to this game fully blind, knowing only sort of what the graphics look like as well as the part of the story that is shared in the remake. I went a big part of the game not knowing any spoilers but it was unfortunately the big spoiler was spoiled whilst I was live. Other than that I knew nothing!

I’m still upset someone spoiled this for you early on in the game, and also that someone would trigger an applause at that moment. It completely changes the impact this part of the game has on the player.
So many mindless, thoughtless, inconsiderate people out there.
Me too, I still haven’t let it go 😂 it sucked that it happened aaaah. The applause was not the best timing but I don’t think it was intended to be in that moment!! It does change things and I wish I would have been able to see it without knowing, I have no idea how I would have reacted apart from being sad of course😭

I really like to see people play this game for the first time, it is one of my favorite games. That someone already spoiled THE thing that Final Fantasy VII is most known for is already a shame. Since you are streaming this game live I also hate it that chat can never help themselves but spoil things. People really love spoiling a playthrough on purpose and/or do not know the meaning of the word. That is why I personally am not a fan of a first playthrough with live chat and alerts, that just ruins the immersion in my opinion. But I get that it is is all part of being a Twitch streamer.

I loved this game so much, it’s literally one of the best games I’ve ever played. I truly took my time with it because I never wanted it to end🥹 I was so upset and angry when it happened and truth to be told I still haven’t really gotten over it…! Someone spoiled it in chat, and usually I lag behind a little to avoid seeing the spoilers but I happened to look just as it appeared and saw it. 😭 I know it’s a risk but this was such a huge moment so unnecessary, I truly don’t get why someone would do that. In this case the person had been around before so that should know I haven’t seen it yet which made me almost more annoyed🥲 I’d say in general it’s been pretty okay since I started being behind on chat, the alters haven’t been a big issue but the big plus is that I get to experience it with a bunch of people and share in the love for this beautiful game! I have bonded with so many people from playing this game and I also got help finding things that I would have had to google and potentially spoil myself from haha.
It’s been my privilege to share this journey, not many episode left before I finish the play though here. Thank you for watching it!

First time I played this game years ago, the scene where Aerith died had me streaming tears out my eyes. I was so heartbroken and angry, it made me even more determined to beat the game, which I did a month later.
It’s a horrible horrible scene, I was heartbroken too but as I knew it would happen it wasn’t the same shock as for others here. I’m glad you beat the game though!!

Sorry for someone spoiling you, it's sad that everyone doesn't get that even if it's the most famous video game moment of all time by far sooo many people doesn't know about it.
It really sucked, spoiling not only a big moment but one of the biggest in history after I dodged the spoilers since 97😫 this person knew I didn’t know, and should have known I hadn’t been through that part yet. The person had been in stream several times so I have no idea how they assumed I was past that point when I was standing in the golden saucer 🥲
Nooo that sux you were robbed of this important moment in gaming history (arguably). There’s something to be said about the first time you see it, try to process what just happened during the fight while her theme is playing and then realizing how different the journey is about to be now when cloud lowers her, it’s beautifully sad and stays with you forever. I hope the rest of your play through is spoilers free this game has so much more incredible storytelling to come
Truly, it would have been so cool to experience it myself after not being spoiled since 97🥲 it was a really heartbreaking moment nonetheless and hart to watch despite knowing. I didn’t know when until it was foreshadowed, but I didn’t know how up until it happened at least. Her theme in the background was just 😭 it’s amazing how much this moment affects people, it’s so well made! It changes so much about the game! The rest of the game was thankfully spoiler free as I decided from this moment to rad chat with a delay to avoid spoilers. It felt like this was it when in played, but hoo bou there is stuff to come!
I know you cut some parts of the video, but there was a Summon Materia in the sleeping forest, did you caught that?🤔
Yeah, I had totally try to make it a decent length and I was talking lots in between too haha. I didn’t realise I cut that out but yes I’m pretty sure I got the summon materia (I can’t remember which it was here in particular)!
Come to think about it the matter is rolling in the sleeping forest - I think I have that kept in the episode before this? Or maybe I’m mixing it up haha
I hate people who spoil stories. I hope they dont spoil disc 2 and 3. There are still 2 big major event ahead.
It sucks so much, I was fortunate enough not to have anything else spoiled - chat and mods were on high alert after that time and I deliberately was behind on reading chat for the entire play through. The mods were so fast when it was spoiled, I was just happened to look at chat the exact same moment the message appeared 😭
You know who the user was that spoiled? Im a mod for a first time player so want to pre -emptively ban them
