I'd like to see more Aeon's End content, it quickly became my favorite game and I'm shocked I don't see the gimmick of not shuffling your discard pile in more deckbuilders, it adds so much to the game imo
It was nice to see a Top10 Breach Mages. Aeon's End is an awesome game that I have played a lot (more than 200 times IRL and also a bit on the App) and I still find it really fun to play.
I love Qu: Builder and Deatroyer from The Ancients - who flips back and forth between +1 aether, -1 damage and +1 damage, -1 aether. Such a powerful fun Mage to play!

Z’hana is leagues better than any other mage. The funny thing is her "bad breach placement" that is suppose to balance her is actually more upside because you can open breach number 4 for $4, and unlocking a +1 spell damage on turn one is so incredibly good. Her special card copies real spells instead of being a spark with slight upside. Healers are often top tier characters too.
Malbus McBoomstick sounds like the breach mage we deserve.
Ulgimor is my favorite. I love just soaking up damage and healing it off.
Hah! My gf also discovered Kadir after our first two rounds and we have been having huge success since she chose her as her go to mage! Really fun and satisfying to see the combos play out nicely. :)
I put Z'Hana from the Depths as my number 1 mage. Healing GH for 7 for only 5 charges has saved my bacon on numerous occasions, and Eternal Ember paired with a good spell is massive. I've paired EE with Monstrous Inferno prepped to Breaches 3 and 4 (making it a 9-damage spell) and then I get to cast it twice, and also get to divide it however I want. So, 18 damage. I have wiped out twoTier-2 minions and still hit the nemesis at the end. Kadir is my #2, Malastar is probably my #3. I don't get spells for him, just gems, and then he's supplying everyone with the best spells.

Indira is probably my fave. My wife's is Ohat & Ulgimor. I guess we like the convoluted ones... :)

Hey! We share the same favorite! I also am a fan of Gygar and the original Mist! I always love drawing lots of cards to the point that my siblings joke about it all the time. The original Mist is so broken solo with the right setup!
Lash is broken and I am personally not a fan. I played him once and figured out how to get unlimited turns and haven't played him since. It was disgusting easy and boring. I think the best mages are the ones that can generate 5 aether on turn 1 or 2 and or have a really good unique card. The difference between being able to buy a 3 or 4 cost and 5 cost gem card turn 2 is huge!
The other Mist looks very fun, but I haven't tried her yet. She's one of the few that I find interesting.
Joan I thought at first I was going to like, but the extra cost to open the 3 and 4 breach I really dislike. I'm not a fan of the unique cards that only give 1 extra aether when used for a specific card type. I would rather have 1 aether and another effect.

Love this content. Mazra has gotta be near the top for me. Reeve is really fun also for clearing minions.

Hi, can you give an example for 'Call of the Void' spell (Qu mage)? Beacuse I cant imagine how can it be usefull.
You can use some really good relic or gem but then thin it out of your deck
So any of those you dont really want to cycle over and over again (for example anything that focuses you can cycle a couple times and then double focus and remove it from your deck)
Personally, a big fan of Talix.
Dezmodia from Outcasts is one of the strongest mages in the game and Dezmodia from War Eternal is one of the worst. Accidental Swap? :D
WE Dezmo is still a lot of fun, though. It’s fun to play support in AE and WE Dezmo does that in a really fun way
