Hello, great video, definitely would like more like this, in my case, I would like a video about how to dispute irrational beliefs, I've got the main idea about changing lifestyle, let every sensation, symptom and thought to stay no matter what, but how to shift perspectives and what I believe about all of that is still difficult, been disputing for a while and I think I've ended with a script but can't find new reasons to give to myself and what to do in those situations, also, don't know if it's ok to just write them and then forget about those paper sheets, re-read them, re-write them, speak them out loud, many things about just that aspect, but the most important one I belive.

Can you do a video on the depression side of ocd? I got really depressed and started obsessively thinking about “depression” philosophies like pro mortalism/efilism, and I was endlessly trying to disprove but began to believe in these more and more. Basically I want to know your thoughts on
    depression and what causes it

Hey Joey - I can cover that at some point for sure. This really affected me when I was in the mental hospital so I know this struggle but for myself I realized my depression was caused by two beliefs 1) The fear of fear - the fear of experiencing depression 2) The fear of losing my A type personality.
