However I and others are interested in how you manage to acquire all these military toys'. Any comment on Dassault-Breguet Super Étendard Exocet Air / Ship / Land (1982 hack) ! .... ? Because Stugna-P missiles are not new missiles. These are reassembled missiles of soviet "Castet" (Brass knuckle) ATGM complex installed on T-55/T-62 tanks, with "Sheksna" (Named after a river) and "Bastion" missiles respectively. Stugna-P uses essentially the same missiles with old, expired components rebuilt and with a new warhead, which shows a bigger bulge because of how HEAT works (That's why her caliber is 130mm and not 100/115). There are no wonders, there is no magic in the world and heroics only get you that far.

If they are surprised that if they are going for reliability, that they would connect the accelerometer via an analog signal (2:50). You'd think that a digital bus would be more reliable with EMI. Might be interesting to see if you can pull the firmware of the atmel chip! Shouldn't be hard to try.

nonsense, this is based on expensive gyro, accelero and automotive Atmega, none of these is used on hobby grade modules, and there would be no point anyway because this is an old design, nowdays we have way more powerful and fast accelero, gyro and IMUs as well as very fast and powerfull ARM MCUs which can run a lot of DSP, there would be absolutely zero point to copy this old design.
no, you get it the wrong way, Atmega were common parts for engineers who are nowdays in their 50/60, to make Arduino the italians used what was cheap and they knew, crappy Atmel AVRs. The parts you find on this board are not "inspired by arduino", nor hobby grade, these are higher grade accelero and gyro. You also wont find an automotive grade Atmel AVR in Arduino boards...

I'm 99.9975% sure that the Lock-bits are set and you can't read its memory.

Was probably to arm the missile after a certain g force is reached as measured by the acellerometer chip.

Fast Print (FP) mark on pcb , Chinese pcb manufacturing, we have them in our company, not so qualified for military purposes.
You are wrong, Shenzhen fastprints actually serves defense, aerospace and medical.
The board in question is a basic servo controller so not too sensitive in that regard, but still a bit shocked they would use them to do the fab.
