O Hugo representa para nós Brasileiros realmente uma referência única jogando neste nível onde os asiáticos e europeus tem um domínio incrível desde sempre. Parabenizo o Hugo por chegar e se manter dentro deste nível de jogo e estar no Top 5 do Ranking!!!
Hugo já é o melhor jogador Ocidental a algum tempo e segue fazendo história, espero que consiga trazer uma medalha olímpica pro Brasil.
Que europeus o que, o Hugo é melhor que qualquer europeu, ele já é do nível dos chineses.

Respeito aos alemães, que geralmente estiveram entre os 10, com um ou dois atletas, mas agora Hugo é o melhor representante do Ocidente, jogando de igual para igual com o melhor do mundo. Um fenômeno!

Eu não sei sobre as táticas do tênis de mesa, mas pelo que pude perceber o chines tem mais consistência em seu jogo, ele é mais posicional e centralizador.
Além disso, é nítido perceber a diferença do nível mental, o chinês sempre o manteve, entretanto, o brasileiro não conseguiu manter.
A lição que eu tiro dessa partida, e se eu fosse amigo ou conhecido do Hugo, diria:
1. Melhorar o nível de concentração e domínio do jogo.
2. Saque.
3. Posicionamento, vejo que ele se desloca muito.
Observação: é importante frizar que devido as condições de nosso país (incentivo tanto financeiro como esportivo), e pelo que ele (hugo) apresentou, está extremamente de parabéns.
As palavras que eu disse seria como incentivo para ele buscar a excelência.
Hugo, você está muito próximo disso, mas para alcançar será preciso quebrar superar esta barreira.

Um jogo que adoraria de ver é a Sun Yingsha vs Fan Zhendong, eu apostaria minhas fichas na SUN, ela fez mais ponto que o Fan e o jogo dela é bem mais agressivo.

Fan Zhendong has always been great but Calderano was superb in this match. He came close to defeating Fan, at least closer than before. Coming back from 2 sets down and led 4-2 in the deciding set. Playing the crucial points is the difference and Fan Zhendong is just better than almost all other players.

We have to give Hugo credit , he was playing well coming from two sets down to go two go two all against the world #1 is good . He whoever lost his nerves when Fan started to push him in the fifth and had some times whrn he went to lumbo , and Fan took the and pressd Hugo to give up his attack and played defencively oping that Fan would make mistakes well it didn't go that way , however credit to Hugo to go two all ..
Hugo played great - just fell a little short.
Must be so frustrating for Hugo's fans, his game is so inconsistent. When he's missing his rockets shots it feels like he could be defeated by anyone in the top 500 😂.
In the mean time, he can fire 10 shots of the year in a single match, unbelievable!
You don't get the point. The superb returns from FZD is the reason for his misses.

I prefer hugo a thousand times more than a European, his game will never beat an Asian
From my point of view, fan played the 3rd and 4th sets so badly that he had to hand them over to Calderano. Fan would probably have lost the 5th set if he hadn't found his best form 10:6 just in time. I hope now that he will get back to his brilliant way of playing against WCQ in the final.

Good game for Calderano, he made a couple of childish mistakes(concentration ones) at the end when missed to hit a return with his forehand and his last served was really bad by serving too high and too long. I guess he's showing he's still #5 in the world. Who was realistically expecting a different result other than a Fan Zhendong victory. Sadly, no other western TT player, male or female player is capable of challenging chinese dominance in the Table Tennis world.

Cara, não entendo nada e comecei a assistir isso hoje... Mas porque o "saque" sai tão devagar?
Eu jogando tenis de mesa na rua ontem, dando uns saque bruto... e eu vejo os caras profissa dando uns saque muito devagarinho.
a intenção é concentrar a força atingindo a bola em um ângulo que a faça girar bastante, que a faça atribuir efeito. isso a torna muito mais difícil de devolvê-la do que simplesmente fazer um saque seco e forte, que nesse caso é fácil de devolver na mesma moeda.
se vc der esses saques secos e brutos num nivel profissional vai tomar cortada, esses saques ''devagarinhos'' na vdd são muito mais difíceis de pegar, pois estão cheios de efeito, fazendo ser muito mais difícil de atacar um saque bem feito
Isso acontece porquê você não quer que seu adversário consiga devolver um saque com um míssel kkk, esses caras aceleram muito rápido, se você sacar com força vai receber uma resolução na mesma moeda se o adversário acertar.
Provavelmente esse teu saque seja irregular. Existe um regramento para sacar. Uma é que a bola PRECISA partir da PALMA da mão e subir, no mínimo, 16 cm.
