Finally I see a gutter guy in TH-cam that knows what he's doing ....poking the holes putting in the hangers evenly all while the machines running...I see a lot of guys run the gutter than pole the holes than install the hangers
I recomend diferent sealant we used 2320 gutter & seam trypolymer sealant. you dont need use the finger in the outlet and the end cap saludos de phoenix az
Get rid of the inserts, they only cause resistance going into the down. Get the punch for holes it's a major time and work saver. Punch your hole attach your down. Theat easy. No geoseal needed.
I don't think this guy uses rivots by the way he cuts out the down spout holes lol. First video I run into on TH-cam and this guy knows what he's doing and expertise with his snips. This guy will get the job done in probably less than a day and not trying to come back to job. Using all them fancy cut out tools and rivots will take more of your installing time. I was fortunate to learn about installing gutters with a Hispanic similar to how this guy does it and learn tips and tricks. Only done it for maybe 5 months but I feel like I was getting taken advantage of my pay. Impatient boss and he had his days where he did shit work and I didn't like that. Basically the man was ungrateful.
Me too. I am so frustrated with the amount of water that ends up going behind the gutters and coming down the fascia. I have even bent my drip edge so that it kicks out further and it's still not good enough. Wtf
I have a question. I clean gutters as a job and I always wonder why there's always only 1 exit on each gutter line. Sometimes irrigating mud from one side all the way to the other takes too long. Why not just have more exits?
Probably dont snap lines & check run . I installed gutter for many years . Definitely an art to it . Not impressed w/ clips over back of gutters . How do you get it under drip edge ? Very important !!
It took me 1 hour to punch out the downspout flange, I praise your expertise

Still confused why you dont silicone on the bottom of the downspout flange before dropping it in
No need to. He technically doesn’t even need to seal the outlet because any water that leaks out goes into the downspout still.

I’m about to add a downspout to my own gutters. Is that a left hand snips you cut the hole with? Do you add rivets around it later?
You can use stich screws or rivets. Ima go install some tmmrw on a huge building hope yours came out perfect
