What about if you flares are not true? From hitting them or bolt up imperfections? I would take ALWAYS off the frame after measure a couple points on frame to make sure it is straight and square
That’s true. Sometimes it’s hard to get a good spot to run them off of. As long as your body is straight it will be fine. I completely built my frame and centered it with the body

You need to make sure that your body is centered on your frame first. The frame is what you want your suspension aligned to.
Gertjan Vandoesburg that should already be done if your putting axles under it. No reason to do axles if your frame and body aren’t complete.
