This is not kick the device off the Wi-Fi. Just remove it from the list so if you have five items on the Wi-Fi, you do what he just said to do when you refresh it it’ll say four out of five devices the fifth of ice is still connected.

I had the same experience it removed the name of the unwanted device from the list but not disconnected the unwanted device from the wifi connection…..I refreshed after deleting the unwanted device and there is was again still connected

You can’t kick out another device by just downloading a simple app and doing it, providers aren’t dumb and letting the WiFi for its customers that unsecured off!!! (You can only achieve it by the providers platform when they really know you are the legit owner of the WiFi and can kick a certain ip adress [the device with other meanings said] out!)
