what if your HR manager hates you for unfounded reasons, but you have to work next to them at the bar and get ignored, elbowed, and then fired after the GM's quit
they also violated my hippa rights! I was suffering from panic attacks, she demanded to get copy of my medical records, until I gave them to them, I would have been out of a job!
Erin Walsh i’ve actually seen a write up where they allowed supervisors and managers notes to be included that contained other coworkers names including a coworker who is breastfeeding And asked to have time to breast-feed and the supervisor and manager were at disagreement and those notes were put in their names and all. Another coworker had mental health issues that were severe and her name was in there and yet another coworker had her name in there regarding ongoing leave a Absence due to a disabled child. The HR head said that this information had to be included because it was discovery and part of the investigation but that doesn’t seem right given I write court reports and I frequently have to react information out of notes specific to names and Social Security numbers and such. So I don’t understand how our head of HR could think this was OK to give out
You only can find employment if it's not Gross Misconduct and Workplace Violence. What if you were lied on. Everything you were saying about how they are to conduct themself. They harass me through the whole process and never listen to my story. Or told me what exactly i surpose had done. I am still clueless and i need answers which i been trying to get since 2008. This is Walmart.
Charmaine Overton I hear you it happens everywhere and HR is really a hired thug, they protect the guilty and blame the innocent. So if you’re harassed don’t go to HR and tell them because you’ll get more trouble. That’s been my experience and what I have observed with my own two eyes and heard with my own two ears over the years. I work for the county and how can anyone fight against a government agency. Giant government and big corporations can literally get away with anything
It is true that there are things that are legal but not right and right but not legal. Seems like we deal with these kinds of principles a lot.
An excellent video, have seen many HR training but few who talk about this important suubject.

That is a lot of words to say what Jesus said in just a few. "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you". Why make it so complicated?
