I’m the guy in the weighted backpack!Been following your channel since we started looking to relocate from Chicagoland last spring. Bummed I didn’t recognize you and stopped to say hi. Moved in Memorial Day weekend. We looked hard at the Katy and Woodlands areas when we were deciding. Both are nice but we preferred the the north suburbs over the west due to more nature and trees. North Grove was the perfect location for us due to this, it’s proximity to everything in the Woodlands, and the Magnolia school system. We have 3 daughters attending 3 different schools in the district and find them all great. Only negative is the distance to the high school. Thanks for all the great information. Unfortunately, we already committed to a realtor before I found your channel. Glad you finally covered North Grove. Thanks!
Hi! Your videos helped us to move from Chicago to Cypress. Now Im looking for space, the most bang for our buck, and a great HS district for my twin girls. Thank you for all your great info!

I love the area, beautiful people, and feel of nature. Plus they just approved the $232 million bond to expand the schools and the community. It still has that small town feel but it’s quickly growing with new home and retail development. Not too far from the Woodlands either. And should I need to go downtown I can just hop onto 249 to get into Houston.
Jackson and Joe...thanks for the tour of the Autobon (did I spell that right) community. That is exactly what I'm looking for. A country feel but still have people close by. I want to build a custom home and hope other builders are allowed there. If that is not possible, then I hope you can help me find something there where I can build. I'm looking at 3-6 months down the road. I enjoy you guys and all the information you provide. Thank you, Sylvia
I was out that way in September...was working with Nate, trying to find a home. I was BLOWN away with how beautiful that whole area is. We originally were interested in the Lake Conroe area, but after driving off the 105, down Fish Creek, it's just amazing! So much forest and greenery! Can't wait to relocate!
Magnolia is full, we’ve been full… quit moving here. It was good country living 20+ years ago. Now it’s dwindling to y’all’s city BS with traffic and crime.
