POUR: The 4 principles of accessibility

The GDS Accessibility team is here to make it easier for departments to build digital services that can be used by everyone.
Alistair Duggin, Head of Accessibility at GDS, explains the four 'POUR' principles of accessibility. Services have to be: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, Robust.
