Hi there. I have a 2019 odyssey Elite and have now replaced the backup bulbs, front and rear turn signal and brake lights, per your videos. I used everything you listed. However, I’m still having the issue of hyper flash on the left turn signal, even after installing the load resistors. I tried flipping the plug in on that left, but no use. When the car auto stops, it will hyperflash on the left. Any suggestions?
Hooked up load resistor as specified noticed after a while of driving they go back to hyper flashing and auto idle didn't work the first day but does today does it just take some time for the van to adjust? 🤔
I looked at the dealer installation instructions (found a place to get the assembly for under $500), but now I know why it is so expensive to install on those with hands-free tailgate: you have to replace the ECU in the bumper and one of the antennas... And in either case, you have to cut a notch in the underside of the bumper to have the receiver "tucked into" the bumper (unlike the aftermarket ones that have that under-bumper bar that lowers your back bumper clearance even more...) Trimmed the necessary parts as you did. I still cannot fit the base for the bulb into the socket because of the two large square like flanges on the load resistors wiring. I’m pretty good at being handy but for the life of me I cannot get this to fit. I have pics if need be. But has anyone dealt with this or is this just operator error?

I want to know which load resistor do I need when I want to install front And rear led turn signal and prevent them hyperblink. As i heard, my car consumes 25W for each turn signal llight.
The load resistor will get hot, and that's why we use the type that has a heat sink to dissipate heat. Mine is still working and no damage. Just mount the load resistor away from any wiring and you will be good.
I noticed you have new chrome strips added to your front grill but never did a video for it. Are those just universe taped on strips or they are one piece to replace the oem grill? thanks in advise.
Night time comparisons aren't as important as daytime comparisons. At night LEDs generally perform just as well or slightly better than regular incandescent bulbs. The true test is in direct sunlight as LEDs do not do as good a job using the incandescent reflectors.
I have a 2019 EXL. I replaced all the rear bulbs to LED and I have hyper flash and I haven't replaced the front signal bulbs. I ordered resisters but not installed yet. It has been a little chilly do work outside.
You don't need 4 load resistors because the there is one flashing relay that operates the front and rear lights (this is why your front & rear blinkers flash at exactly the same time).

I mean if LED turn signal AND LED fog light causes me hyperflash, do I install load resistor separately?

The 18+ Odyssey EX uses H11 for low beam. I recommend these H11 LED light which you can install and will give you a pure white and bright light output. amzn.to/2KYMZUX
BEWARE! I installed a similar type of product on my late model Toyota Camry and that black connector is HIGHLY vulnerable to moisture and corroded less than two years after installing it and I live in the dry southwest United States.
The flasher relay is look for the an old lode of the lats bulbs led don't use much power relay can't get do that and will make you van think that it has bulb out some flasher relay work on LED turn singnals some have a speed jester so you can have as fast as you want.
To much work for an led for signal led light... it is a van after all. Not like I'm going to go fast n furious... with a van down my neighborhood street... lol

Both 8 ohm or 6 ohm will work. I used the 8 ohm in my install. Check out the link in the description.

They say resistor creating lots of heat. In your case you got any damage related to the extra heat?

They are just stick on chrome strips that come in a roll.

Would be nice when you install LEDs if we could see the comparison between bulbs at night too.

You have to cut and trim that connector because there is no aftermarket one that is exact fit.

don't you need 4 resistors since you replaced 4 turn signal LEDs, two for the front and 2 for the rear ?
You don't need 4 load resistors because the there is one flashing relay that operates the front and rear lights (this is why your front & rear blinkers flash at exactly the same time).
I couldn’t understand how you mounted the hanging load resistor’s gold part. How did you mount it with tie wraps?
Just tie up the wiring in a bundle so it's not loose and the resistor isn't touching anything else.

There isn't a Flasher Module for these yet?
fokuz02 newer hondas since about 2007 don’t use a relay for the flasher, the flasher is integrated into a multiplexing module in the ECU.

No, they are stock incandescent bulbs.

Trust me they would look nice if you like switch backs or you can just get the amber ones but you'll also have to get resisters

To get the grill off, you will need to release a bunch of tabs from behind. Way more work.
mine is 2020 EX-L and it does need resistor
I talked to my dealer and found that this was added to the EX-L for the 2020 and going forward. This was added to meet new emission standards.
These lights affect the battery. The start power of the car and the starter gets week
