From the way they're rhythmic change from bright to dim is described, and the name, I suspect logicspren will form the basis of fabrial computers going forward.

Navani's lectures indicate they have made logic gates using metal cages and logicspren.
I'd never seen Navani's fabrial pages translated to english before. "PAIN KNIFE" sounds so hardcore, haha. I wonder if it's her equivelent of a tazer or pepper spray for Rosharian women? You keep in in your safepouch, press the button when an attacker is close and if it cuts him, the painspren in the fabrial augments his suffering without actually wounding him.
I think your right; it's definitely the Rosharan equivalent of a tazer!

I think you're right! There is no fan art of them that I could find, so I had to make due.

The lesser spren can also form a nahel bond. Thats what makes greatshells possible. What makes the true spren different is the radiant bond, which is a special kind of nahel bond
That's a good point. We've seen luckspren bond with most greatshells, music spren likely bond with Ryshadium, and some type of unknown spren bonds with the Tai-na. I guess the Singers bonding spren to take on forms would be a Nahel bond then, too, right?

Those are Nahel bonds also." he does not talk about singer forms here. in the coppermind articel about singers there is written "They are native Rosharan lifeforms characterized by [...] and the presence of a gemheart they can use to create symbiotic bonds with spren, ...." So I guess it would be a type of nahel bond. I could not find a WoB speaking against this or giving the provess a special name.

You could find a Nahel bond... In fact, many would call the bond between the singers and the spren that give them forms Nahel bonds. It may not fit fully into the categorization that most people would use it for, but you could kinda call that the same thing." it is from the TH-cam Livestream 23 (Dec. 17, 2020)

What would a singer be able to do if they bonded a fire spren? Or what armor could be created from fire spren?
I feel like ten books might not be enough to completely show all the cool shit he could do with spren and their bonds.
That would be a great question to ask Brandon, "Can Singers bond any type of spren?" I'm going to guess that they can't because it seems like it's difficult for them to discover new forms. I agree, it would be cool to see novellas set on Roshar that don't have anything to do with the main story, instead focusing on worldbuilding.
I wonder if Sanderson watched or read Mushi-shi. They remind me a lot of that manga, especially the Mushi's and Spren's ambiguous and wondrous behavior that goes beyond words a connection between nature and intelligence which i always liked in any form of media.
I had never heard of Mushi-shi before your comment. I watched a few episodes, and there are definitely similarities between mushi and spren!

Nice theory. In the full quote where Syl talks about her aunt hunting gloomspren, she says that she isn't really her aunt, just an honorspren she refers to that way.
Personally I'd like to bond with an Honorspren or Peakspren.
And this is why I am not confident in any live action adaptation of Stormlight.

I'm not a visual reader, I NEED art. This video is blowing my mind. It's making want to read the books again. The only spren I was close to what they really looked like was the gate spren and honor spren
