@@highlevelhowto It would be cool if you also did a video on the saas account creation - ie what happens if you push saas account option instead of regular account?
Just to clarify when adding a user to a sub account to you do it under agency or do u click on the sub account and then settings, teams etc? In your video it shows that you did it through agency view. But wouldn't you add user through the sub account way?
Hello. I have a question, since when creating the account for my client, the access and login is still done from the GHL website and not from the login of the sub-account created for my client where it tells me that the user does not exist.
Thank you for sharing about this! However, I am wondering does the 'password reset' effect my main account or is it just for the client to log in and they can change the password later on without effecting my main account's password.
Great video!! Question, when I have a funnel already happening (that includes a team of people) and I recently decided to start another "sub account" to create my OWN funnel... I went in and de-selected all the "user permissions" on everyone. But, my question is- will they see that I created this NEW sub account in the drop down menu when you first initially log in?? Or will they NOT see it bc I took away all their user permissions?
Hi Autumn, I know this was two months ago, but you can limit your users to only see the accounts you want them to see. When you go to the users profile, make sure their permission level is account user and add only the accounts you want them to have access to. They will not see any other accounts.
Hey, quick question, I am in trial mode right now and I am able to create as many Sub accounts as I want, (97$ Trial) mode, but everyone keeps saying that in the starter Plan I will not be able to create as many sub accounts as I want, so am I able to do it in the 97$ account or am I only able to do it because I am in trial mode?
How do you bill them then? I created a subaccount and added the users and now they're all playing in it and asking if it's free. How do we sent them a bill and attach it to their subaccount so if they don't pay, they can't access it, or the account pauses if a payment is missed? I basically have an agency I'm paying out the backside for and everyone's already in and using it for free. They shouldn't get an email to login until payment is made and the account is 'live' from what I understand, but maybe that's wrong.
You have to use SAAS mode for this feature. Otherwise, you'll need to bill them separately and monitor their billing to adjust their access if billing lapses. SAAS mode does this automatically.
@@brianclark7913 hey Brian, did you ever test this out? I have the exact same question as you.... If it worked, were you able to "pick" the plan you wanted to charge them? Like you, I thought I had to get them to sign up/pay first before to create an account, but now knowing we create the sub-accounts first really changes things.... But I want to make sure I can charge them after I add them as users lolol
@@reallyizzylife yes, and it can be either way. Now I am generally having them subscribe and pay first to a product checkout form which will auto-create their account, send them their login credentials, and set them up on SaaS mode recurring billing. Which works awesome, if the card fails it instantly locks them out. The other way is if you create it first, you can do the "Manage Client" option under sub-accounts at the agency level, scroll down and use the "Add Subscription" option which will pull in your 3 active subscription types, pick one, click "Confirm and Proceed", and it will use their card on file and fall right in line with the pre-pay signup method. I much prefer using the first method, it's much easier. They get the link, add in their card info, pick the plan level they want, HL pulls in the info from Stripe and creates a subaccount for them and they get an email with login info. It's very hands off and easy. The other way requires a little more communication cuz you have to have them input a credit card prior, plus set up the account yourself, add them as a User, etc. The prepay way does all that for you.
@@highlevelhowto Doesn't that defeat the whole point of me re-selling the software with my branding? If they can just see the lower pricing on your website when they log in.
@@highlevelhowto I was wondering almost the same thing as @kacper-kx7xt . I had send the admin login through email to some one and the link said gohighlevel. It would be nice if it said your company name instead.
@@Warmouthh did you guys ever check to see if this is true? They cannot login using "our branded" site? It has to be through the official GoHighLevel website? Bc yeah, if that's the case... that deafets the purpose lol. Lemme know what you and @kacper-kx7xt find out
There are videos out here that don't even show you how to make it so that the sub-account owner can log in! This one shows it. Thanks
Exactly - explains it perfectly.
Thanks so much for this video. Clearest explanation of the whole process. Liked and subbed!
Awesome, thank you!

Can you initiate the process of creating the sub account from contacts or opportunities in the agency subaccount?
Great info, been looking all over for this. Thanks!

The answer is you can do it both ways. Account level admins can add users to their account the same way.
You are awesome and this community is amazing. Thank you for the video.
Do they need to be an admin or will user status be adequate for them to be able to connect their social accounts?
wait whats the difference between SaaS account and Regular account?
Hello. I have a question, since when creating the account for my client, the access and login is still done from the GHL website and not from the login of the sub-account created for my client where it tells me that the user does not exist.
creating one is easy how to you on board the client that already has a site that's not pointed to GHL.
Question: How to add 1 email in 2 different sub-account. Is that possible?
does it cost to add users?
When I set up a sub account for my agency, does that count as 1 of my 3 sub accounts (I'm currently on the $97 plan)?
yes
If i sell a sub account to a client how many employee account can the client make?
how can i login high level account without paying?

The password reset in the users profile is only for that users account and will not affect your main password.

Do they not need a log in and password for the account or does it take them straight to their account via the link it sends them?
The system will send them login details which they'll need in order to access their account.

How to create account without high level account.
Where do they go to log in to their account?
The main site: app.gohighlevel.com
