Don't get me wrong your information you give for people for free is great but how we get one month per year with this information without hiring a lawyer,I agree the companies try their best to pay less because they know if you hire a lawyer, the lawyer get 30% or more, as an employee I lose in either way I go, with company offer which in max will offer two weeks or I go with a lawyer and get a huge percentage we have a broken system and only employees loss so sad.
Thanks Knight. A regular component of the severance packages we negotiate is legal fees from the employer. Those legal fees cover most or all the cost to the employee.
