I m absolutely loving this project man. If I could give it 10000 likes I would. You have by far become my most favorite YT channel of all time I've been watching since right after the Porsche and really got into it on the $1,000 rat rod truck build and been hooked every since back when you were happy to just get your first 10k subs (10.4k 3/24/21) look at you now!
Hope a lot of you appreciate me beeping out Casey’s cuss words. Because the algorithm sure does
The cussing keeps it lit🤣🤣🤣
@@jovanblocker325 yea but TH-cam does NOT like it anymore lol
What he said 👆
Utube is getting to be bs
Keep the cussin' bussin'
Loving this build. One of my favorites right now
Thank you. It’s definitely starting to get me excited again
I've never seen a more perfectly detailed shadow on a box
My favorite build! next to the 57 😎
Without the top, it looks like the cars I used to draw in the second grade. Love it!
Lol i can see it too 🤣
As a C10 fanatic I'm loving this build. Can't wait to see it finished and I'm not sure how you top it. Also, I love the yellow wires. You of all people should know yellow wires add 10hp per wire so that's a 90hp gain
Yep, yellow wires are just like stickers, they add crazy hp per one 🤣
I love the blazer. I think you need to do a square body the same way,but out of a suburban. Could look cool with the barndoors in the back
Hahaha hahaha not going to lie when you painted the thremostat housing laughing my ass off Casey 😂
Making it rain paint 🤣
with those new plugs and wires, make sure to set the points gap or dwell. Which to me is much easier. Make sure to set the points before the timing as the point gap will change the timing.
Casey I love your content all your builds are great, my favourite build at the moment is the 57 Chevy . Keep up the good work. Cheers 🇨🇦
Dad built a 327 for his 68 chevy when I was a kid. He had too double nut some of his rockers like that because the nuts would vibrate loose and back off. 327s are fun good running motors
Ahh that makes sense, i hadnt seen that before
TOTALLY AWSOME VIDEO CASEY!!! I LOVE TOPLESS BLASERS. THEY ARE PERFECT FOR ROADSTER WEATHER IN SO CAL. I LOVE YOUR BUDGET BUILD. THANKS FOR SHARING. SHE IS LOOKING SO FINE!!!!
Casey I'm loving ALL your builds, absolutely entertaining and informative, fun content. Looking forward to seeing all the builds. I love the big air cleaner too, maybe a slight hood scoop would fit the bill? Can't wait to see what you'll come up with next, keep up the good work bro!
Hood scoop 👍
I did the exact opposite to my 72 GMC Jimmy. I grafted the back of a 68 C10 cab and made a very short truck. It was 4WD, had almost 12 inches of lift with 40 inch tires. I built that truck back in the late 80s. I could be wrong but i think one of my friends still has the OE fiberglass roof sitting at his farm.
There are many many people looking for tops that's why you see most of the truck converted to blazer with no top. Like Casey said he could have got the right top for his blazer but the asking price was way out of he's budget. That's why he went with a 74 blazer top.
@snoopu2601 when I pulled the fiberglass roof of my truck it had to be around 1988. So the truck was 16 years old and that cap was already junk. It was all broken around the back hatch. It probably could of been fixed but it looked so much better as a short, short box. And those fiberglass roofs are not light by any means. Three guys to lift that roof off. I had put a cage in it before deciding to ditch the roof. It was a pre fab. We had to lift the cap about a foot straight up and then you could slide it back. Just because of the shape of the roof and the cage design it was such a pain in the ass. Now the truck is lifted with 40s, it was extra fun.
I still love those trucks. The design is just beautiful. I would love to build another, but I would just destroy it. I'm very much a hard core four wheeler. I don't build trucks to look pretty. I certainly do not want to destroy any more of those trucks. Because I know I would.
The GMC Jimmy is extra special to me. My dad also had one that was relatively stock. That one had 35s and was in prestine condition. Unfortunately, he passed away in 1989, rather suddenly. My older brother kept that truck for quite some time. Eventually we let it go to a new home. It was a memory of my dad. A memory that my dad never had the opportunity to really enjoy having the truck. He had only had it for maybe 8 or 9 months before passing away. Enough of the old memories for now. I'm quite interested in seeing how Casey makes out with that shell of a truck. His plan sounds good. I don't think I've ever seen one chopped before. Could be interesting.
Love it man. You look like you have alot of fun doing what you love. Its cool as hell.
Let’s gooooooo
Let’s keep blazin it
Love all the hard work
Love this build. Keep up the good work!!
Awesome project! Thanks for being such an inspiration with the "can do" attitude!
Sir, i have binge watched the ford/towncar, the 51 chevy/blazer and this one, both of which you have saved the patina. I'd kinda like to see a budget build series where you get a "good" paint job using rattle cans. Primer, color and top coat if possible.
Roof looks great on the Blazer! Good job working with the itchy glass🤣
Can't wait to see the baby done.
It's looking good bro Get her done
Your def one of my favorite youtubers, also, love your sneakers!
I don't think I ever seen a chop top blazer with the top chop. I always see them with the top off. Yeah this blazer is badass👍🏽🏁
This vehicle needs more views!
You should put a small scoop in the hood and keep the tall air filter it would look sick on that truck
I like the fact that it's not just another ls
I love this build! Thanks for sharing.
It looks great and the engine kit from Holley is sweet
It's Looking Awesome Brother ,you do Great work your very inspiring to alot of people keep up the Great Hard Work Brother.Cant wait to see it finished and the next Build .

THANK YOU SO MUCH. HOLLEY PERFORMANCE !!!!
Hell yea finish my BLAZER
Yeah it's looking good man doing a hell of good job...
I hope to get aluminum heads on Edna's flathead one day. Right now she's got one nice red head cause I had to replace it after it cracked. And one rusty blue head. Gotta have a good looking engine
I love your projects are the best especially the air bags. I’ll give it to you brother love it I watch your show your videos every day. Keep going. Can’t wait to meet you and do a lease a Projects or a car with you keep it up.😊
Don’t forget to check the oil on the compressor
Shit…
Casey, I’m curious what you plan to do for front wheel liners on this build? You said you might try to use trailer fenders. Looking forward to see what you do use if anything. Always enjoy your work!!!
Casey we need a 5k-10k daily driver budget build similar to the truck you daily drive
Such a killer project from where it began! Mike c
Thank you!
Looks good bro! Keep it up!
Looking good 👍
this is gonna be the coolest station wagon when its done
love this build so much.
Ever thought about adding an extra axle? That would look sick...
😍that’s awesome I want one too one day 🤕
Do it!
You should go with Flat Black on the engine as well, mosty cooler neck :)
New to the channel man I missed the giveaway of the sick 50s! Lovin the blazer tho
Thank you very much
Add the Holley part 🤑
Hey there is a decent 68 impala 4 door hard top for auction on biddergy really soon in case you were interested
I laughed when I saw some many turbo cans are in the corner of the shop.
Keep up the good work
You were saying the motor is too high for the hood? It looks so damn cool, you should run it without the hood!
Crazy? Nah dude….the reason you’ve got a sick build for what COULD be 3k is sweat equity. Knowing your shit, and getting dirty just replaces dollar signs. Love the builds dude!
Looking good!
Casey do you reeeeeeeeaaaaaallllly love it😊😂
🤣
🤷🏻♂️ i do say that entity too much
You do lolol
Hey Casey I love that truck man I don't know if you're going to paint it or not but if it was me candy apple red or laser red with a white top it'll be off the change this is definitely one of my favorites can't wait to see what you do next
You have to murder this truck out! All black like a hill Billy Batmobile
i built a 68 pu with a stroked 454 with a 02xx trans i have 2000 in it but still have all the left over parts like a rebuilt 327 / 400 turbo a rust free cab doors and long box all in good shape did have a good front clip but my kid hit a elk in his 67 so he took it extra frame and running gear if my kid did not take the front clip i could built another truck. the cab is a ac cab with 0% rust. i been offered more for the parts then i have in the project not counting the 327 and trans. if u want good engines and trans look for motor homes u can get from a standard 454 , 450 hp 454 , and a ls 6 454 small block and the trans are 02xx 400r turbos good to 800 hp stock and it will have 02xx welded on the bell housing they come with a heavy duty 8 bolt pump heavy clutches stage one shift kit stock so far i got 4 setups of the 450 hp 454 with the 4 inch stroke steel crank heavy rods and high flow heads and with the 02xx trans from 6,000 to 58,000 miles on them all working perfect all 4 setups was free then sold the motor home with out engine and trans i get about 2000 out of the motor home with out engine and trans. right now i have a 40 foot really nice one for 2000 that i got for free drove it home pulled the engine and trans . plus i get rigs for free all the time most are rust free rigs i even got a holly grail find were i had to haul all the rigs off a ranch and the owner was a chevy freak half restored 67 427 yenko camaro with a 68 ss 396 camaro 2 z28 79 camaros then a 79 cheyenne short box 4x4 with under 35,000 miles on it in mint condition just need a carb clean and fuel pump then 15 pu out side the shop all for free plus made 2500 off of scrap a roll away full of tools 6 engines and a few 4 speeds 850 holley still in the box after market ignition systems more stuff then i can remember load after load of stuff but it helps having a place to put it all i have 10 acres just for my private wrecking yard and a backhoe to move sh. with and since i moved everything so fast they gave me a 50,000 dollar motor home with only 6,000 miles on it but sat for years that is the one i have for sell right now with no engine or trans for 2000
Your rims look like my 13 year old neighbors first car looks now you need to raid the Walmart auto section for all those LEDs and chrome mold stick on's. Lmao you know I'm playing
🤣🤣🤣
Keep that air cleaner, cut a hole in the hood and put a Camaro reverse cowl scoop on it.
Richard needs to make a video debut!
gonna paint it? Rusteloum makes a really good Farm and Implement paint that's like $6 a can, that thing would look awesome in either International Red, Kubota Orange or even Toolbox Red, Just saying........
love ur content
Keep the videos coming. Cussing or otherwise.
Always
I can't wait to win the Blazer at the 200K giveaway. 😉
Shit we gotta pick up our views ALOT then lol
9:30 Craigslist rebuild :D
In shorts with knee pads?! With some calf action! Hold me back! 🥵🥵
HOLY SHIT I SPIT OUT MY DRINK 🤣
Caseys Customs I love your content, man! I have been following since the F1000 build.
Believe that Chapdog
I won't paint any motors black anymore... makes oil leaks harder to find
@caseyscustoms The engine may be clean under the intake and the valve covers, but to me it looks clean but dry like the Sahara desert like it hasn’t ben ran in 20 years
How much would it cost, if you add in all the free stuff you got?
I will figure all that in when we are done. It was a prolly 700ish if i had to guess
I forgot to tell you who won the porch I didn’t get to see that I just want to know who won the porch. That was awesome.

Robert, good job on filtering the language. Casey can get animated and although I s funny, it's not watchable around the kids or the wife.
Casey keep up the good work!

🙌🙌
Need a give away 😂😂😂
You’re the man Casey…. I hope this doesn’t offend you, I’m genuinely curious….. is your back all fucked up from years of car work or do you game a lot?
Can you paint 2 tone black to white
3500-3700 bucks you should come in around
Just buy shorter air filter.
I'm new to your channel. Sure does seem like you are propping it up for a giveaway (please)
Is that paint heat resistant? 😮
10/10
💪🏾💯
I used to lift heavy stuff like that all the time.... I've had two back surgeries now. I wonder if they're related? 🤔
