It’s such a rubbish the horrible customer service of not being able to get anyone on phone for troubleshoot to previous products which only took 2.5ghz! I mean spend nearly $300 bucks and you get crappy long distance customer service. Warehouse numbers can’t even troubleshoot. This is my second one and I am stuck with wifi blinking light and not even turning on 1512HHS. Previously atleast it would turn on and work. Now it needs wifi setup to turn on which is broken process itself. Embarrassing!

@@mateovarela4613 Return it. Try another one. Their different models have similar issue in different product line, where it would do everything but power on. So it’s mostly bad units which we have been lucky enough to get. No doubt this model works sufficiently when it does. But they haven’t worked out basic Wi-Fi functions of 2 or 5 ghz for company of their size operating warehouses in US and now it’s Quality control issues
