The pre filter light came on, so I vacuumed and replaced it. I pressed the reset button, but the red light is still on and it won’t let me shut the unit off.
I am facing the same problem, any solution you find?

It’s such a rubbish the horrible customer service of not being able to get anyone on phone for troubleshoot to previous products which only took 2.5ghz! I mean spend nearly $300 bucks and you get crappy long distance customer service. Warehouse numbers can’t even troubleshoot. This is my second one and I am stuck with wifi blinking light and not even turning on 1512HHS. Previously atleast it would turn on and work. Now it needs wifi setup to turn on which is broken process itself. Embarrassing!
I have the same issue with same model number. Do you find any solution?
@@mateovarela4613 Return it. Try another one. Their different models have similar issue in different product line, where it would do everything but power on. So it’s mostly bad units which we have been lucky enough to get. No doubt this model works sufficiently when it does. But they haven’t worked out basic Wi-Fi functions of 2 or 5 ghz for company of their size operating warehouses in US and now it’s Quality control issues

Why didn’t I get a customised filter with my Coway AP1220B?
I have been researching these and it looks like you need to order those separately. They don't come with the unit. How is the air purifier working? I need it to filter out cigarette smoke from downstairs and next door neighbors
@@faraboverubieskerry It’s beautiful it will help you with the cigarette smoke and the poison you can’t smell (sometimes it goes red and starts working hard even though I can’t smell anything)
