I just made some with nobiltray custom tray material. Cost me around $700 for all the equipment, archon articulator an facebow. This includes bit registration, plaster/stone and three sets of teeth. First pair are pretty darn close. The next two sets will be perfect. I used a flood lamp, it get hot though. The sun did all the rest. Gave up trying to find a cheap uv light that's powerful enough. I eat with them and clinch down on them really hard with no problems.

Yes, thank for reminding me I need sealant. Didn't do that and that's Not right.
It took me days to make the first pair.

I used a 100w light but you must be careful of heat. Next day I let the sun finish the process. I bought all of the supplies off eBay. not sure of the name of the sealant but you will need it because the uv material does get or is porous. After soaking in denture cleaner they loose the pink color. On the UV lamp. You have to purchase a bulb and go to the hardware store to get the receptacle. Pretty much have to make your own box because they don't sell is without a dental license. The sun did the most work of setting and after pulling of the cast do it again.

What if we don't have light cure machine? Will it become hard if cured only by sunlight, without light cure machine?
