I have an upper partial, I had my dentist horseshoe it 3 times, it stays in perfect, the problem I have, I can't fit good in my mouth when my partial is in, I also lose half of the taste of my food, I can't chew and swallow and have constant gag reflex, I'm about to horseshoe it all the way myself, my dentist won't do it, it's a last resort, otherwise I'll never use it.

I am wondering how I can get set up I'm in bad need to two teeth being fixed ?

Ty so much for your video. I had my teeth extracted over a month ago and my healing has been sooo bad... I have been dealing with open sores. My mental health is fried now because I have not been able to get my teeth in my mouth at all... I will go in and see what the dentist does for a fix with my dentures. If it doesn't work I'm coming home and getting to work. My teeth absolutely do not fit in my mouth at all. They cause massive sores and cankers. I have not worn them since the dentist did the surgery... Ty once again. Cheers

I have tried and tried and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I bought everything I need, I have tried several different acrylics. I can’t purchase the acrylic I want bc I don’t have a dental license. Please help figure out what I am doing wrong!

It's interesting and kind of funny my finding your videos I just went to Menards to day to purchase a Dremel tool kit, I just got my dentures I actually asked my dentist about using one seeing that that's what he used every time I went in for an adjustment he said I could do it myself I just got so tired of tiring to get in to see him my dentures are new and need some miner adjustments I've already made some small adjustments taking it slowly I think that's the trick anyway thanks and in appreciation you have a new sub

I am surprised you recommend toothpaste for cleaning. Toothpaste is an enemy to dentures. My dentist warned me very sternly about how toothpaste cuts away parts of the denture.

I’m a new full set denture wearer for loosing my own teeth due to gums deteriorating from the diabetes medication METFORMIN. So I realized that eating with them in is not allowing me to njoy the taste of my food because of the palate of my upper denture covering my whole upper gum area. So I researched the possibilities of removing the palate so I can taste my food with the upper gum exposed in order to help with the taste of the food and your saying that it’s not a good decision to make & do because it will no longer fit well even with the fixodent adhesive it will not fit well enough still I am so upset about this now. I have thought I would be able to chew on food I couldn’t eat anymore without teeth and I have been excited about being able to chew certain foods now I have to be able to do so but it is a issue now with the palate that covers the upper gums that causes difficulty to taste food fully because of it being covered 🤷🏽‍♀️💔🤦🏽‍♀️

Youre a dang artist..lneed a lower denture thats comfortable, so l can bite into corn on the cob..and a upper to fill in a few missing teeth

All I can see is an impression of full teeth. Not partial, not like most denture wearers toothless. This alone is confusing. Anyone who has had all their teeth removed knows the difficulty of impressions more less, diy. I say this in complete honesty. I so wish someone had a practical and plausible answer.

I went to a dental college in memphis and got a replacement chrome acrylic lower partial, the minute they snapped it in it felt like it disappeared. Then I lost 2 more teeth within a year can't wear it anymore. The dentist wants to pull my remaining teeth and be done with it, I let them pull one and just about flipped my wig from the pain. I guess front lower teeth are the most painful to remove? So for the last 6 months I've been eating soft food. F**k this shit teeth are a major design flaw.

Well I guess this was magic because there is no steps and I don't know you show a broken denture and then suddenly you're shaving it

It doesn't get any better?! Dude have some respect for yourself. Wash your hands get a manicure or at least clean up your fingernails before touching the material that is going to be in somebody else's mouth! WTHeck?! Clean your work space!

OMG looking at those dirty gross fingernails on top of that dirty gross tabletop where you can tell he's done many dentures and partials and he doesn't even clean up his area. Which I'm sure is full of germs including his dirty hands and fingernails touching and pushing on the molding and picking at the molding of your dentures or partials. Tell me. Aren't you a little grossed out? I'm mortified!

I got my extractions 22 days ago. I paid my dentist for immediate upper and lower dentures to wear while my implants heal. I paid over $1000 for those.When I got my extractions ,they would not even fit into my mouth. They were so big and the bottom ones,,,I can’t even explain how horrible they are. I had no option but to just keep them out for two weeks and then went to my dentist to get them addressed. He did not even come into there and look at them. He had his tech grind away a few spots and they told me that was the best they could do. I sat in the waiting room in tears and demanded to see him. Finally he came out there and talked to me and told me that the immediate dentures are temporary. They are nothing more than a placeholder. They are gonna be horrible and that I just have to live with that. I was horrified!! So yesterday I went to my oral surgeon and he tried to do everything he could to make them better, but it just was not possible. I also went to another office to try to get a consultation to get new ones made, and when I showed them ,the entire office staff came out there and looked at them and could not believe somebody gave those to me and expected me to wear them so I guess I have no other option except to go to a different dentist and lose the money that I have paid him thus far and get somebody that cares. I always loved my dentist until this and I don’t know what has happened. I had beautiful teeth right up until I got extractions. The problem was that I had had too many root canals and crowns and re-crowns and bridges that just didn’t have anything to hold onto anymore, but my smile was always beautiful so this is really depressing me horribly the temporary Dentures are way too wide, and they hang halfway down into my mouth. They show the complete top of the denture because of how far they hang down like 2 inches of gum line. I am not exaggerating. It is so disfiguring looking. It’s not funny the bottom one the gums on it are curled up so high that you can see my extractions underneath the denture. I don’t know if I should order one of those kits to make some at home or should I go to another dentist and pay out another $1500 for another set of temporary. I have an appointment tomorrow morning with a dentist here in town that is known for Making beautiful dentures. After I have that appointment and I see if there is any adjustment that he thinks can be made or not at that time if nothing seems to be able to be done then I will take the Dremel to them one of the sad parts about it is I paid for intraoral scan of my complete mouth and teeth because I wanted my dentures and my temporaries to look like my teeth that I have always had. I am not exaggerating one bit when I say that I look like a Halloween monster when I put those dentures in my mouth. They stick out so buck toothed and make my lips look like I have a mouth full of gauze inside. Anyway, thanks for listening to my rant. I enjoy your channel and all your help.
