You know those Security Companies charge the oil companies $45 per hour X 24 hours a day. But pays its gurads $8 per hour based on 8 /16hours. We charge $18 per hour (that $18 hr X 24), plus $1 per mile from jobsite to jobsite.
@@mikebradford7780 we got $200 a day to man it 24 hrs and lived on site. I can't speak to any of the other pay rates. But he said $1 per mile from jobsite to jobsite and in our jobs we didn't do any driving we parked in one spot the whole time, so maybe he is thinking of some other kind of guard gate job. I don't know. I only can speak to what my husband and I did.
The red glow is probably a gas release flare. It burns off methane gas
Yes, that is what it was. Thank you for commenting!
That's amazing.
It is.

It’s nice to have a showers to help control the dust that gets everywhere and in everything possible 😢😢😢
Yes, that dust does get everywhere. Took us a long time to clean our RV inside and out after working this job.
That is the glow from oil/gas well flares.
Indeed it is. I was new to the process when I filmed this. Thank you for the info!
A lazier beem is a good investment and it’s easy to set up
Just to be alert all the time is hard to do
Just say it’s a good idea to have your own 😊😊😊
What was the daily pay rate when you were GGing on this ranch ? I was paid ~$ 150 a day years previous while living in my 5'ver !
We made $200 a day on that gig.
How do you get job as gate guard? How much does it pay? How many hours do you have to watch the gate?

@@DebraParmleyBeautifulDay looking forward to the report
You need one of the fuzzies to put on your mic so we can hear what you are saying. Other than that, very interesting :)
Thank you. I'm not sure what a fuzzie is. I was just using my cell phone for the video and the mic is in it.

Interesting. I did not know that. Thank you for sharing the info.
They aren't going to pay you that. False info.

You are down wind from that oil smell.
It was so windy I never noticed a smell. Lots of wind and dust though.
