Literally as the video was in the middle of uploading Musiala scored 30 seconds into the match against Leipzig by making a striker’s run and gettin the tap in. Him and Jude are playing more similar currently than they ever did when they were both in the Bundesliga

Glad you mentioned Neymar in this category. Man was basically Samba Messi Lite (and I mean that as a compliment). He could pretty much do everything going forward. Haven’t really seen anyone recreate what he was doing on the field
I’d put pre-knee injury CR7 here as well. His 11/12 campaign was nuts. 75 G/A in 55 games is a joke. And almost all of Madrid’s attacking play went through him

I honestly think vini has grown into consideration for this category. His game has evolved so insanely fast in the last 2 seasons its insane, his passing, game iq, vision, playmaking have all advanced so much as of late whilst also become a more and more clinical goalscorer. His deep game has also improved so much. In our game against atalanta this season, he had just returned from injury and didnt want to push himself physically, so he dropped into midfield and started playing as a 10. Spreading play, creating space and dishing out through balls as if he was kroos reborn, he also assisted jude with a beautiful longball from our own half. Hes just such an intelligent footballer and this guy is still only 24.

The World Cup by itself was great evidence to that. The goal against Mexico when nothing was on, the pass against the Netherlands which he pulled out of another galaxy altogether, the way he facilitated play - especially in AET - against France and don’t even get me started on how he pantsed Gvardiol. But we all know he’s great. We know.

@mistyfrazer789 it's crazy that you'd say that about a player who has in one career had a period where he was the best winger in the game and subsequently another period where he was the best no.9. It's even wilder that you'd be fine with the video mentioning Salah, but somehow have qualms with CR7 as no.1. CR7 as a full purpose attacking machine is not the CR7 of the last 5 years or so. I'm talkin like between 2006-2016 or thereabout, an absolute beast.
