    I get your point, but you can implement that function using only 2 OR gates and 3 inverters like this: not( A + not(B) ) + not( B + C )
    This would require 2 of those ICs, not 4. It doesn't change your point, just interesting. Thanks for the video.

    nice video, but the gate setup in hardware description I believe is not totally correct. You could do the schematic with 3 of the ports using multiple gates of the chips. I am talking here about the nor gate btw, you could just use the signal from an OR and run it through a NOT gate.

    Good morning
    Can you please help with my PCI Audio Card (EMU APS, first released in 1998) in which the ALTERA EPM7064SLC44_10 get very hot right after Windows boots. I have been told (in several forums that i posted this problem) that ALTERA has been destroyed by Voltage overload.
    But i cannot replace it because i cannot reprogram a new one.
    My purpose is to buy a new one with the program inside to replace the broken one, but i have been told that there is not.
    I just want to record my music and i cannot without this card, which is a professional one. (i bough it second hand).
    The initial problem of the Card was that suddenly stop having sound.

      But where can i find the replacement ? I search everywhere and there is not. Are you sure that there is a replacement ? There is only new PLD , which is empty and if i replace with it the broken PLD, then my Card will not work.
      If you please know a supplier, let me know , to buy a replacement.
