@@IndigoRiverTinyHomes all of them are beautiful and you can tell that y'all take pride in each one. Y'all are doing a fantastic job on these homes guys!!!🤗
I have a question. I know I just found out about an RV that their is a weight limit. Does tiny home also have same rules? I mean, family of 4 and their stuff will be put on the tiny homes.
The weight limits are determined by the type of trailer you build on. RVs are made from aluminum, particle board and plastic so they are built on more light weight trailers. We build on super heavy duty trailers and our largest trailers are weight rated for about 25k lbs. The homes usually max out at 21k - 22k lbs. so often there is a 3k-4k pound difference to accommodate belongings. Generally that is plenty for belongings and nobody is inside when the house is moving so the weight of the humans doesn't affect this.
Pricing link is in the description. Materials' costs are still very volatile so we keep all of our prices on our website so we can update them in one place.

Nice video Dear 🌹
I would love to see this one when it's finished if y'all can show it. Love the idea of having access to the rooftop deck. Thanks for this sneak peek 🤗
We will definitely be posting tons of photos and a video! This one is in the running for "fanciest tiny home we've build so far." 💅
