DIY Homemade Eyeliner Pencil Version 2
ฝัง
- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 26 พ.ย. 2012
- Here's version 2 of my homemade eyeliner pencil series. This version is easier as it uses a pre-made base. It also shows a different way of getting the product into the empty pencil. Wax by nature is water proof and resistant depending on percentage. Smudge-proofing requires a little bit more to the ingredient by adding silicones and alcohols. Also, I have decided to make a 2-toned blue eyeliner with metallic flecks and a gloss finish. Enjoy!

hello, Thank you so much for this film. If I do not like the premixed base Could I use Beeswax only Instead ?
Nice tutorial. I never thought of making my own eyeliner - brilliant!
You are So Creative.. I LOVE IT!!
I did something similar to this once in a pot and it worked wonderfully. I recommend a shallow pot (like an empty eye shadow pot) so that it's easier to remove with a spatula.
Such a cool idea. Maybe I'll try.
I have learned so many cool tricks from you and am super thankful for you taking the time to do these. But now I want to go drop a 100 bucks buying all the stuff to make it. That eyeliner is so beautiful!!!
That's so awesome!!

This is great, thanks. Appreciate the thorough, methodological approach. My sister has a bunch of allergies which means she can't use conventional eyeliner pencils and this is going to mean I can make something to replace them for her.

Hi Koren,
Awesome video as always!

How do I prevent air from getting in my syringe? How would the ingredients be measured in teaspoons? far as the base, how can I measure that in tsp? I don't have a scale to do the gram measurements
love love your vids.
Great explanation "you go boy"!!!!
Can I use these same ingredients for a lip liner ?
Caitlynbli, he did a gel revival liner video I watched today and I was sooooooooooooooo happy to find this info out. Hope tis helps.
Love it! Thank you
I have a question, off topic but DIY related and u seemed th perfect man to ask. I mixed a few eye shadows in one larger pan for a different color pay-off and used alcohol. After pressing and letting it dry, it's so dry it won't get picked up by brush or swatches, what do I put on it to make it soft and be able to be pick up by brush (natural or synthetic)? Thank you so much.
Cool to see you can do this by yourself, my question is, since the ingredient you used that hardens when cooled down (it melted above the candle), won't the finished product also melt on your skin and run all over the eye once it hits the heat of the skin? Would it need to be secured with a powder to stay put?
Any substitute for wax?Can addition of aloevera gel or Vaseline provide the same effect as that of wax?
Looks fantastic, thank you :)
thats innovative!
woah.. this is so interesting. not sure how i stumbled on to your channel but i'm glad i did. :D
