The first front / rear mower combinations were introduced in europe in 1972 both with deutz intracs and mercedes benz MB tracs, Typically with a Fahr KM 25, a 2.1 m drum mower on the front and on the rear, At that time 60-70 HP were sufficient for a 4 m cut
Mike, my neighbour bought 2 Deutz tractors 165 hp , one with cvt trans and the other with power shift , was impressed how the power shift in auto mode shifted , from a stand still to 30 k it was smooth!👌
Growing up in NE WI, we had a neighbor who had a Deutz DX90 (?) who used a Gehl mo/co, Gehl rake & Gehl round baler. He did our custom baling for us until my Dad bought his own Vermeer round baler.
You are correct about the fire ants! I lived in south Arkansas for several years. They hurt! Luckily they aren't here in Northeast Arkansas yet! Great video! 😎👍
Glad to finally see some smaller frame deutz!!
Not sure why I find these grass/hay cutting videos so satisfying. Great job, Mike!
I REALLY like the looks of these tractors.
It's definitely that time of year. Those CLAAS mowers do a great job.👌🏻
Mowing is a satisfying job for sure😉👍 the claas mowers look good on the deutz😁👍
Awesome video👍👍
Nice looking tractor, been seeing more and more of them around
Thanks again Mike hello from Wisconsin!

That is a nice setup. That would be a huge improvement over running one 10' mower at a time like I do.
Very nice video 👌👌

Hi
Is it normal for the rear mower to flex back like that
I'm not sure what your seeing but the mower is designs to float to the contour of the ground. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
