We don't have any liquid animal waste in our area. One city used to have a Big A (anyone remember them? They were popular in our area for broadcasting fertilizer) and would spread their sewage on local fields. We do have turkey litter in the area and it does have quite a smell.
Farnhamville is less than 15 miles away from here. Grad junction is about a half hour drive. Those guys work confinement buildings around here . Tis the season to keep you windows rolled up and pray for a wind change
Now that I look at the place where they ar working I recognize the place. The original property owner was a big deal with dairy cattle . To deliberately be vague. I went to High School with his daughters who are still in the area
I'd say with the speed there going and the low disturbance disks that it's around 10,000 gallons to the acre. Up here in southeast Wisconsin we have around 20 millions to custom move before are year is done. Alot of long days left to go but we'll get er donr.

Mike question for ya, why do the tire tractors have fiberglass fuel tanks and the delta track tractors have metal tanks?

How many head of hogs does this farm have and how far in the field per round can one tank go before they transfer to the other .

No PTO on tanker must be a hydraulic vacuum pump to blow out slurry ?
You can see the hydraulics from the tractor to the tankers. That Tractor has some major hydraulic pumps on it to drive whatever it is pulling.

I think he said the tires are 1250s. If you go to :40 second mark he gives some detail on the tires.

hogs smell like, well crap really. cant say i mind no one raise any amount of pigs around here anymore.
This is nothing compared to a chicken or turkey barn when there cleaning it. They are just horrible.
Next thing you know they'll be converting it to fuel for the tractors. LOL
Been doing it for years, except the methane is fuel for generators to run the hog farms.
New Holland already has a tractor that does. Just isn't in production yet.
