Brisbane Lions | 2003 Preliminary Final vs Sydney (All Goals)

Gut check time in Sydney with the dynasty on the line. Brisbane controlled the first 2.5 quarters, but the Swans kicked the last 4 of the 3Q and had all the momentum at home.
What resulted was 6.6 to 0.1 in the last quarter as the Lions -- in particular Pikey and Browny -- put their will on the Swans and just refused to quit.
When I saw Pikey having a dart on his own on a balcony at the Brisbane Convention Centre at the 2013 Premiership Reunion it was hard not to think back to this game. A big occasion player.

Superb. The long, long goal of McGrath's just before 3QT is one of my favourite Brisbane goals, and I think it's one of the club's most important.

@MAN UTD you sure it's only 4 states though? This game between two teams from two states who supposedly 'don't care about AFL' attracted a crowd of 71,019. There definitely is plenty of support for Australian Rules Football is NSW and QLD
