I am an elementary STEAM teacher. I recently became a bit obsessed with creating escape rooms for my students. Your videos have been so helpful to me. Today’s video (specifically the summary) was very helpful as I attempt to create and implement 4 simultaneous games (5-7 students each). Thank you for sharing. Eric
Thx so much for sharing your knowledge! You're obviously an expert in your field!! I'm a Spanish teacher and won a grant for a jungle theme escape room supplies. We're going to read a Spanish novel and then free the main character from a locked cage.... At least that's the plan. I need to fine-tune my map/ chart but i basically have four challenges that give codes or clues to four locked boxes or bags which hold tasks that reveal word chunks. Once the groups do all four challenges and open and solve the four locked tasks , they unscramble the word chunks. It tells them to go to a certain spot on campus which leads on a final treasure hunt to locked cage. I'm very proud of myself, not going to lie. Watching your channel and another one has been super helpful. We'll see how it goes as far as time frame and difficulty. I've put so much work into it and also my student aids that i hope it's successful. They seem to like when I've done treasure hunts and such in the past! Time will tell!!!
Love your puzzles! I always get so much inspiration from you. I'd love to see a video on how to make the puzzle using the colored glasses. Thanks for doing what you do!!!
Great question! I'd suggest making two lanes minimum! You can always make more if you are comfortable making more, but with more than 5 players, it's likely people will want to split up and search for things separately, so it's good to have another puzzle or two available for them to find!
Hi! I'm actually really curious as to how the doctor scribble clue is made/how it works if you don't mind sharing! ps I love all of your videos so much!!
Very helpful and well explained! The summary at the end contains a lot of useful tips, like the estimates for duration and amount of puzzles.

This was a bit confusing for me, but I’m glad it was helpful to others! ❤
Which part was confusing? I'd be happy to help explain it a bit more!
Was waiting for this!!
This was vary helpful, thank you
Hi Amy, if you're only going to have 6 to 8 people participating, how many puzzle lanes would you suggest creating so it's not all linear?
