@@darthjar9117 most crankbaits are tested to running depth on 8-10lb line, if you bump that to say 15lb line your crankbait will typically run a bit higher. It will be a small difference, say its rated 6-8 foot with the larger line you may only get 5-6 foot max dive but it may be enough for you to not get snagged if you know how deep you are. Experiment with it, Ive done it with 5-9 foot divers before in a pond I know that was no more than 5 foot where I was fishing but I wanted that particular hunting action that the specific lure had.
Dude, any chance that hat might find its way into the bag? 😊 Hot as sin🔥 🥵 in Virginia. Need to look into that hat, I purchased a German sun hiking umbrella to help direct baking under the sun. Anything for some shading.
Got my bag today and I have to say imho this is the best bag I have gotten from Monsterbass! I will be using all of it this weekend during our club tournament!
Decent box, what really upset me was I caught my pb a 5.71 largemouth in ohio. Was told by email "we'd love to feature you in our brochure " no I wasn't lol a guy with a 3lber saying it was 11lbs. Just k8nda bummed me out
What part of WV???
I had a Googan bag of plastics in my box. Is this a new thing?
You can also increase your line size and or raise your rod tip during retrieve to get crankbaits to dive shallower.
How does line size affect the dive rate?

Would love some blade baits in hot August! Or maybe I'll get it next free bait Friday!
The bag seems to be the best part. Downsize? Just crank slower 😂. Maybe next month.
My Bagley crankbait is a 2-4 ft depth.
Where were the downsized baits? The 6 inch creature bait or 6.5 inch worm lolol
Smaller than a 10” Zoom monster worm … 😂
I live less then 2 Miles from Missle Baits lol but have never stopped by. I really want to though.

Looking forward to my bag this month
Got mine today! Loving the bags since I just started kayak fishing.
Love the Bagley baits - you don't have to sell me twice on a balsa wood crankbait!
Looks like another great bag this month! Looking forward to fishing all these baits! Thanks Rick!
We need a short of you throwing that frog once, Rick. Come on!
Sounds great sans the kids
