Week 5 - M C & S - Day 28 - Done. Chest Presses All Day! I love upper body workout sessions! Just something about upper body that just hits! Definitely appreciating the wrist weight! Nice workout but I honestly think there are too many sets for biceps and triceps compared to the rest. Especially the biceps are muscles that we use every day in housework etc., so in my opinion they don't need all those series. About the triceps I would have varied the exercises a bit, not only the overhead ones but also kick backs, french presses, since you do so many sets of them it would be useful to change positions and exercises. However the workout is so funny, the music in the video is very beautiful and you are very good at involving people in training. Arms are definitely 🔥 I like this set up! I haven’t been consistent with strength training so this was what I needed . Especially watching you pregnant is empowering, no matter your current situation, keep going and pushing through! Way to go mama! ❤ we are strong and can do all things with a miracle growing inside us! That’s just how we built! MIGHTY!! Thank you 🙏🏾
This workout was just what I needed today. Had to skip yesterday, but I'm back. Went to my doctor yesterday and my bone density test results were in. No osteoporosis for me!!!! Im 71 and in great health. Kaleigh, I owe it to your cycle and strength workouts, plus I've been very active since childhood. My weight is also perfect. I love being active and your classes keep me charged up for the day. Great class and I love your personality. You rock girl❤❤

Is there a strength only for the summer? I do not have a bike. Could I do other cardio during that section of SSS V2? Not sure how many minutes are on the bike. Thanks!
Hi Jerri! I will always offer strength-only monthly calendars. All of my “programs” are cycle & strength. I do have people that do other cardio to the cycling workouts. 💜

I read the board at the beginning and saw the 7x2 exercises and went half of the workout thinking there would only be 7 😂. By exercise 6, the arms were in quake town and then realized there would be 8 sets 😱. Made it through and felt the burn, now holding my arm up past my waist is a challenge 😅. Great workout
Shoulders are burning! It's like the opposite of the little boy in A Christmas Story saying "I can't put my arms down!" but instead, I can't lift my arms up 🤣🤣🤣
I discovered your videos like a month ago and you’re the only one I watch! These have been so amazing for me even though I end up cursing at you by the end of the workout 😅 I always feel so proud for showing up and finishing! Can’t wait for the live ❤
I do most of the workouts by seeing your videos and my shoulders and arms used to be very thin but after training for few days,my arms and shoulders look fuller and stronger.this wouldnt be possible without you. thank you for bringing back my confidence

33 weeks pregnant and this was a good workout for where I'm at. I did modify the pushups and just did renegade rows while on toes.
