I DID NOT PAY A FINE. Read along.
So I was pulled over for taking a "U-Turn" where no signal or sign board existed.
Looks like one cop said U turn is only available when the right green sign is active and the other one said there is no U turn at all.
So I spoke some rules or sense to them :)
Glad it ended in a good way.
We both smiled and parted ways.
So remember to speak up wherever required.
