      You're welcome. If you're just starting out, the PD400X is a good choice, especially if you're going to use the Maono-Link software.

    hi mate, thank you for this video. do software settings save into the mic hardware at all? so that the settings carry over if using with other devices without the software

      Although I've not tested this, I think they would. When I have used the Shure MVX2U XLR to USB adapter, that certainly saves the effects. Sine the Maono-Link software looks very similar to the Shure MOTIV desktop app, I assume Maono will have also incorporated the feature of saving the settings to the mic.

      @@DIYVideoStudio thanks for the reply, i think you are right. i use the mic with my ps5 console so have to record and then check how it sounds after making adjustments.
