Just move a bodypart slightly to whatever beat comes next. Once you've got that you can dance okay. Anything else is a bonus. Like you can do it off beat, and such.
As someone who can dance, when you dance like this, you get men and women coming up so its not all good mate unless you like both LOL :D You gotta tone it down, I was never as good as this but I wasn't bad, something to be said for being short and thin after all. Easier to dance.

Edit: Specifically the footwork. That footwork is pure beauty. I'd love to learn it.
shuffling/ cutting shapes/ tectonik, it's a mix of dances used for other music like EDM and techno but it fits well with electro swing
I call it Roboswing. Footwork is inspired from swing, cutting shapes, shuffle, gliding.
