- Hi, my name is Sven Otten, also known as JustSomeMotion.
A few years ago I learned dancing at my room just watching TH-cam tutorials. I realized I loved it! And so it became my passion. I learned many different styles to combine them and have even more fun! I did this video, I uploaded it on my TH-cam channel, and today it has millions of views! So incredible! Beyond grateful! Now dancing is not only my passion but also my work. Dreams come true! Thank you all so much for watching it and following me. Somehow, I clicked on 1 of his videos yesterday. I'd never heard of this amazing dancer or this style. Instantly hooked. Sir, if you can learn this at 61, by Gawd… I'm going to learn to move like this at 59. What a workout & what a lot of fun!

I'm 70 and haven't danced much in a while. Gonna learn this for the exercise and to perform for my college students. They'll flip, even if I only do it 1/10th as well as you, Sven.

I’m 60 & I too am flapping my loose flesh all over the place in an effort to at least jump without being blinded as my babs point to all compass points simultaneously 😂. I’ll get there.
This is flawless - the movement, the lighting, the music, the everything. Can't even describe how much I love this.

I really think the main issue is not "what" he does -- whether this is tektonic, electronic dancing, whether he is inspired by takesomecrime (he is, he says it himself). The main point is "how" he does it, and he is truly amazing. There's a "je ne sais quoi" quality to his dancing that makes him unique and more enticing than other dancers: the lightness of his moves, the way he seems almost to not touch the floor, the way he becomes one with the music, the beautiful B&W filming with the sunlight from behind him that makes him look almost ethereal.
This genre of dancing has such vintage vibes but it also looks really modern and I am _here for it_

This is one of the most brilliantly orchestrated videos and 11 years later I still marvel at the artistry. Back lighting and loose clothing lends a fluidity reminiscent of Fred Astaire. Later videos had changed to slim clothing and pretty ordinary lighting even though the dancing was good. This piece is one of a kind and magical. my heartfelt compliments to you Sven. Your sense of style in this is impeccable

A friend of mine showed me this video about 10 years ago and pointed out that the lighting in combination with his clothes make it kinda look like he is a puppet dancing and I can never unsee this 😂 Great video to come back to every once in a while

I turned 60 this year. Been watching this kid for years and tonight decided to see if I could come even close to keeping up... used to dance when I was younger. I have always loved it! Had fun TRYING to keep up! If I have enough energy on other nights, after a long night at work, I will continue to try. I can’t believe I finally found this video I couldn’t remember the name of the artist or the song. But I distinctly remember watching this when I first found the song around 6 years ago. I first heard the song on a perfume advert and searched and searched until I could find it. I just went onto Spotify and the actual artist parvo stelar has used a clip of this for the backing videos that you get on Spotify. I don’t know why if just warmed my heart and made me feel like I was part of a little group of people that have known about this song and video for a while so will understand the nostalgia. Away amazing video I appreciate it even more now I’m 20 not 14. The fluidity of his movement is beautiful.
