The secret to good fried rice is day old rice, preferably inside the fridge cold day old rice... even with basic garlic, oil and salt, it will taste amazing. In the Philippines, we call this Sinangang, yum! 🇵🇭
Yes! I always cook some extra rice to use for fried rice the day after. It’s a great way to use up any leftovers too, because you can throw pretty much anything in there: those slices of tomato sitting in the fridge, that half portion of scrambled eggs that was left after a breakfast, a lonely spring onion that somehow was forgotten, even a leftover patty of some sort that can be crumbled in there. It’s great!
We are a multigenerational home, however, after my mom passed and my grandmother got sick a lot of the load hit me at once. This has been a life saver for me. I have a teen who helps me on my days off to get ahead, but over all this has made all of our lives less complicated. Thank you so much!
For those of us struggling, don't forget about Garbanzo Beans! We BBQ them for salads and wraps and we also use them in place of ground beef for out Tacos, Burritos and Nachos! They work with ANYTHING in place if meat!

I like how Jammerill is still so calm and dignified with nails painted. When my kids were small there was nothing quiet or gentle happening. Nail polish may as well be paint, because wet nails. Awards for best attitude all day 🥇
I was waiting for egg salad sandwiches!! It’s a good, cheap option for when PB&J gets old. Also, when I make a big pot of beans, after the initial rice and beans, I will then transform them into enchiladas, nachos (turn beans into refried), tamale pie, tacos, and burritos. Just some ideas for everyone 😊
That very well could’ve been done! Trying to stick to the original grocery haul that I did, I didn’t have mayo or mustard which are usually my staples in egg salad. That would be easy to stretch a little further and do though!
I tried the same because my4 year old was sick of pbj but my 6 year old ended up saying "mom when im 6 I don't eat eggs!" and hes been pretty consistent about it 😵 I can't wait until he's 7 now

Another idea for milk items .. my mom would use powdered milk to stretch our milk .. she bought a gallon of whole milk, made a gallon of powdered nonfat milk, then combined the two. We went through a lot of milk back then! For the potato soup, powdered milk may be a good addition
I used do that a lot too back when our kids were younger! This will date me but , I remember reading books like, “ Tightwad Gazette “ it was all about living simply and cheaply.. they had the tip about using pwd milk to stretch your milk out ..going to yard sales ( my fav and where our kids got most of their clothes when they were young ) and Goodwill and such for clothes and things .. and so many other things . I found reading those kinds of books back then helped me stay on my very tight budget.. I guess because I felt like they were having to budget too so I wasn’t doing it alone! That was of course before the ever knowledgeable Web that we have these days! Haha 😂

I am an empty nester, still on a tight budget, too! One thing I have found that I really enjoy is this: after you make a big pot of beans and have leftover bean juice (use extra water when cooking them if you need to) bring the liquid to a boil and add in tiny pasta or (even cheaper) ramen noodles without the seasoning packet. It's really good--can add hot sauce if you're in the mood.
I think so many ppl are on tight budgets these days .. I was just telling my husband how we have been on a budget ever since we have been married 42 years ! And I always plan on living on a budget .. Groceries are going up ..every time I go in to shop it seems like the items I usually get that it’s more exspensive every time I shop ! And gas too! Toy prices are ridiculously high too and kids clothes especially seem to keep going up ! We help out with our Grandchildren by buying clothes and toys for them , we normally buy on sale r clearance at Walmart , Carter’s , Childrens Place .
Girl, haven't you heard of Knor Granulated chicken bouillon? Its delicious and easy. You can get a giant tub of it in the Hispanic section of Walmart for about the price of that little jar of cubes. Good job on the recipes. Love watching you.
I like to get the adobo, Chicken, ham and sazon seasonings too. I'll make 2lbs of black eye peas with smoked ham hocks and I'll add one of the little packets of the ham seasoning with my other spices. Once the meat's ready I just pull it off the bone. Then I'll make some cornbread to 'sop' up the broth.
Looks yummy. If anyone else is egg intolerant/allergies to egg and doesn't eat pork: leave out the egg (I never miss it) and use turkey sausage instead of pork sausage😊

When my sons have a bunch of kids over, I make 2 family boxes of chicken rice a roni, add soy sauce while you brown the rice,toss in a small bag of frozen veggies and grab a rotisserie chicken(or make your own, it's just faster for me buying it ready 2 go),and add soy sauce 2 taste. These kids go crazy over it. Can toss a few eggs in at the end. Easy, cheap and goes a long way.
Watching you prep reminds me of helping the grownups get ready for the big holiday meals when I was a child. It was always my job to chop the bell peppers and celery. My family laughs at me because the only things I add to our grocery list is coffee, creamer and sugar. Gotta have my coffee! LoL

Hun I’m smiling because I had to cook like this when our kids were all at home. Mashed potatoes was 10 pound bag, lunch was a loaf and a half of bread and a package or two of lunch meat 2 bags of chips, chicken was two whole chickens plus a few odd breasts. Spaghetti was the 2 pound box, two jars of sauce or homemade and enough salad to fill a stainless big mixer no bowl. I raised 7 boys, 3 are over 6 foot, one being 6”6, and 1 girl. They joked that I cooked in commercial army pots and pans and stirred with a boat paddle. 😅😊❤. My heart and respect go out to you.

Those little holes would make great cinnamon toast sides. I just realized that one of my favorite childhood meals was a economy meal. We always ate our beans over white bread. It sounds gross but I loved it. My mom had several economy meals that I loved and I never realized how inexpensive they were.
We were raised on beans cornbread and fried potatoes usually (or any kind of potato side..mashed , pot salad, scalloped, baked) we had beef roast , fried chicken, hamburgers on Sunday’s sometimes but mostly we had beans cornbread and potatoes! I still like eating them still amazingly! 😂 My Mom was a very good cook and I was thankful she cooked from scratch meals for us to eat! 😊👏💕
When I make potato soup it is usually chunky but I use non dairy coffee creamer instead of milk because couple of us have lactose intolerance and if I need to thicken I mash few potatoes and add instant potato flakes.

Toad in the hole here in the uk is a dinner recipe. It’s sausages spaced out with batter poured over the top and cooked in the oven. The batter rises like a Yorkshire pudding which I know is also not common there but you’ve got to try it, cheap and delicious dinner served with veggies and gravy! The batter is just eggs, plain flour, milk and salt/pepper

I’ve never seen someone put butter on hard boiled eggs. I guess it makes sense if they’re hot. I always refrigerate them before we eat them, I’ll have to try it next time. Love your videos girl!

Fantastic meals!!! When I was a single mom with one child, my son ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch for many years!! He is now 37 and still likes PBJ sandwiches but not every day. He and I often look back on those years together with fond memories. ❤❤❤❤❤❤😀😀😀😀😀👍👍👍

I hear you about the coffee. My last stock up was 20 bags of coffee, 60 rolls of toilet paper and 6 powder creamers. Those are my priorities 😁. Don't want to run short on those items. Yes, we do have 2 freezers full of meat and other items. Great video. Have a wonderful week.
The meat masher that you used for the potatoes is absolutely perfect for slicing/chopping up eggs! They come out perfectly cut and you can use it on a huge bowl of eggs.
I often saute my vegetables in broth or water as I don't use oil/butter. It's something you can do in a pinch! Also you can start by using onions to let some water go and keep things more nonstick for the other veggies. This is a strategy for people that eat whole food plant based (no processed foods like oil). They have a lot of other strategies to use and I've found that water is cheaper than oil, so it works for me!

Such good ideas for a good budget! Healthy options too! I always say look for local food banks too because even though you may not get a lot, the basics you do get can help give you more wiggle room for other stuff!
Oh my gosh. Try peanut butter and jelly grilled It’s soooooo good, tomato soup quick easy cheap meal too. As kids my sister and I made poor mans goulash elbow macaroni noodles and canned tomatoes, garlic and onion powder. Yummy. Maybe throw in some corn and beans in the poor mans goulash if you need more vegetables.
Hi Jamerrill I use wanted to thank you for all your tips on make/prepare ahead meals. My Mum who was also my best friend passed away last year (2020) on Boxing Day. Eleven years ago when I was 32 my specialists gave me two years at the most to live which was realistic considering I have had to be resuscitated many times etc. I won't bore you with my extensive health issues except the fact that I've had thousands of kidney stones over the years and I currently have two 15mm stones that are still growing and because my body has replaced my venous system)with new small veins going all over the place which constantly bleed quick and long I can't have them removed.
Did you know Toad in the Hole is actually a Yorshire pudding batter with sausages in it, and baked in the oven. That's the original anyways. Also instead of peeling the potatoes as you did, before you put them in the water, or when they're cooked, just make one skin deep slice around the middle (crosswise not lengthwise) of the potato, and holding both ends (with hands meeting in the middle, you may need oven mitts if hot) twist in either direction and the entire half skin should slip right off. Just like when you're twisting two halves of a peach only just the skins are being twisted.
Okay, two things. The extra veg from the fried rice would be soooo good in the potato soup! I always put carrots and celery in my potato soup. Adds some variety to it. And #2, I love making fried rice. I use toasted sesame oil in mine as well and recently found out that it’s called a “finishing oil” and you’re not supposed to add it until you’re done cooking your meal. Totally made a difference! Don’t need as much either. Also, a dash of oyster sauce in the friend rice is delicious😍
You know what’s super good on stir fry? Some crushed up salted cashews! (I know you were aiming to stay under a specific budget, but that’s one of our faves)
Just good and simple food when on a strict budget! We eat like this most of the time but add some extra yummy ingredients to make the dishes not be quite so simple . It’s ridiculous how fast a food budget can go wacky if you start swaying away from the produce dairy and meat and bread areas in a grocery store! Making your food from scratch is the way to go for the most nutritious and healthy and cheapest way to go when on a budget! Great video!Blessings!❤️
If you like spicy beans but not too spicy, when you make 1 lb of beans (I use pinto or anasazi) add a 16 oz jar of salsa, a 4oz can of diced green chiles, and a can of Rotel. And cook the beans in chicken broth instead of water. You will not be disappointed! That's how we do it in New Mexico LOL. I throw it all into the instant pot and just cook it together for like 45min. I do rinse the beans first but I do not soak them first. And I don't measure the chicken broth I just cover the beans until the liquid reaches the middle knuckle on my index finger when my finger touches the bottom lol. If I don't have enough broth I will add a little water. You can add seasonings too, and even some ground beef if you like. This is actually my chili base. Sometimes I just make the beans and eat over cornbread or with a flour tortilla on the side. Other times I go all the way and make chili with it. This can be done on the stovetop or Crock-Pot or instant pot etc. If it needs thickening just mash up some of the beans.
Hi Jamerill, this is Sue, just a tip, when boiling eggs, if you start off with cold water they won't crack, l start with cold water, bring to boil, and turn off, then put lid on and set timer for 13 minutes. Perfect egg everytime. but love this video on extreme. great work.
Humble ingredients, humble cooking, as the Mother Nature has intended. Don’t get me wrong I love cooking with beautiful meat cuts and fresh fish from the fishmongers, however knowing how to cook and to love to cook with humble ingredients shows how respectful you are towards the nature (learnt it along my cooking career).
Jammerill, Dollar Tree carries a wonderful brand of shelf stable milk. It's $1 per carton and can be bought in whole or 2 percent, as well as Almond milk. It's great for cooking instead of your other milk. Once opened and refrigerated, it tastes just as good as any milk. Having it on hand for emergency use is a great plan. I use it exclusively. Try it. It's a lot of bang for your buck!
When you make Pinto beans try putting fresh onion, rotel tomatoes while they cook and at very end add cilantro they are so yummy. When I saw your beans first thought I had was to dice up dill pickles add to bowl of beans with or without juice.
If you need the appearance of milk in a soup or gravy, you can use just a bit of evaporated milk or powdered milk to make it white and smell like milk without adding a lot of milk.

Hi, i just wanted to give you more meal ideas. I am a mom of 5 and I've had some very hard years, financially speaking. I had to count every penny. Here are some cheap meals i came up with: -home made falafel, dried chickpeas are really cheap. I made huge batches of falafels and froze it in family portions. I served it with homemade wraps (much cheaper to make than buying) i served with homemade chumous (also made with the dried chickpeas) and cut up veggies. -vegetarian chilli. Dried beans with canned tomatoes, fresh carrots, celery and onion. Served with homemade tortillas. -tofu shnitzels. We are a kosher family and meat cost at least 4x the price of non kosher meat. These tofu shnitzels were great. Slice tofu, roll in flour then egg and breadcrumb. I would spray with oil and bake in oven. You need to season the bread crumbs enough otherwise it won't have any taste. - barley vegetable soup. If you add enough veggies and make it really hardy it is definetly a good dinner. Serve with a platter of cut up veggies and garlic toast - split pea soup with hot dogs. Slice the hotdogs and cook them in the soup. They give a really meaty flavor to the soup. And serve with toats. - pasta in any shape or form is always a very cheap meal - tuna patties, i used to buy huge cans of tuna for really cheap. Mix in bread crumbs, eggs, grated carrot, onion, celery and bake. Makes great lunches for school. I hope these ideas will help families out there struggling to feed their family. Prices have gone up and even though we are doing better financially i feel like i need to go back to my penny pinching meals. The important thing for me was that my kids were fed healthy meals and that they should never ever feel the stress and pressure of our finances. Kids need to feel safe and know that they will not go to bed hungry. I always presented the meals in a fun way (nice dishes, or cut up nicely..) so that they didn't realise that it wasn't "fancy" food. And to you mom's out there, don't feel guilty!! Kid's don't need steak and expensive foods to be healthy. They need plenty of veggies and fruits so buy what ever is in season and on special. Oats make a great breakfast.
Eggs in the instant pot for easy peeling is more important with farm fresh eggs. Store eggs are probably at least a month old by the time we get them so they peel way easier.

Yes, this! I'm baffled at the number of people who use freshly-cooked, warm rice to make fried rice. The rice needs to be cold and starchy.

This will date me but , I remember reading books like, “ Tightwad Gazette “ it was all about living simply and cheaply.. they had the tip about using pwd milk to stretch your milk out ..going to yard sales ( my fav and where our kids got most of their clothes when they were young ) and Goodwill and such for clothes and things .. and so many other things . I found reading those kinds of books back then helped me stay on my very tight budget.. I guess because I felt like they were having to budget too so I wasn’t doing it alone! That was of course before the ever knowledgeable Web that we have these days! Haha 😂

I am an empty nester, still on a tight budget, too! One thing I have found that I really enjoy is this: after you make a big pot of beans and have leftover bean juice (use extra water when cooking them if you need to) bring the liquid to a boil and add in tiny pasta or (even cheaper) ramen noodles without the seasoning packet. It's really good--can add hot sauce if you're in the mood.
I think so many ppl are on tight budgets these days .. I was just telling my husband how we have been on a budget ever since we have been married 42 years ! And I always plan on living on a budget .. Groceries are going up ..every time I go in to shop it seems like the items I usually get that it’s more exspensive every time I shop ! And gas too! Toy prices are ridiculously high too and kids clothes especially seem to keep going up ! We help out with our Grandchildren by buying clothes and toys for them , we normally buy on sale r clearance at Walmart , Carter’s , Childrens Place .
Girl, haven't you heard of Knor Granulated chicken bouillon? Its delicious and easy. You can get a giant tub of it in the Hispanic section of Walmart for about the price of that little jar of cubes. Good job on the recipes. Love watching you.

I like to get the adobo, Chicken, ham and sazon seasonings too. I'll make 2lbs of black eye peas with smoked ham hocks and I'll add one of the little packets of the ham seasoning with my other spices. Once the meat's ready I just pull it off the bone.
Then I'll make some cornbread to 'sop' up the broth.

When my sons have a bunch of kids over, I make 2 family boxes of chicken rice a roni, add soy sauce while you brown the rice,toss in a small bag of frozen veggies and grab a rotisserie chicken(or make your own, it's just faster for me buying it ready 2 go),and add soy sauce 2 taste. These kids go crazy over it. Can toss a few eggs in at the end. Easy, cheap and goes a long way.
Watching you prep reminds me of helping the grownups get ready for the big holiday meals when I was a child. It was always my job to chop the bell peppers and celery.
My family laughs at me because the only things I add to our grocery list is coffee, creamer and sugar. Gotta have my coffee! LoL

Hun I’m smiling because I had to cook like this when our kids were all at home. Mashed potatoes was 10 pound bag, lunch was a loaf and a half of bread and a package or two of lunch meat 2 bags of chips, chicken was two whole chickens plus a few odd breasts. Spaghetti was the 2 pound box, two jars of sauce or homemade and enough salad to fill a stainless big mixer no bowl. I raised 7 boys, 3 are over 6 foot, one being 6”6, and 1 girl. They joked that I cooked in commercial army pots and pans and stirred with a boat paddle. 😅😊❤. My heart and respect go out to you.

Those little holes would make great cinnamon toast sides. I just realized that one of my favorite childhood meals was a economy meal. We always ate our beans over white bread. It sounds gross but I loved it. My mom had several economy meals that I loved and I never realized how inexpensive they were.
We were raised on beans cornbread and fried potatoes usually (or any kind of potato side..mashed , pot salad, scalloped, baked) we had beef roast , fried chicken, hamburgers on Sunday’s sometimes but mostly we had beans cornbread and potatoes! I still like eating them still amazingly! 😂 My Mom was a very good cook and I was thankful she cooked from scratch meals for us to eat! 😊👏💕
When I make potato soup it is usually chunky but I use non dairy coffee creamer instead of milk because couple of us have lactose intolerance and if I need to thicken I mash few potatoes and add instant potato flakes.

Toad in the hole here in the uk is a dinner recipe. It’s sausages spaced out with batter poured over the top and cooked in the oven. The batter rises like a Yorkshire pudding which I know is also not common there but you’ve got to try it, cheap and delicious dinner served with veggies and gravy! The batter is just eggs, plain flour, milk and salt/pepper
The middle of the bread from the eggs in a basket sounds like it would be good fried in butter then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar 🤤🤤

Another option would have been banana pancakes. (Eggs and bananas) Melt the jelly on the stove top for syrup. Great way to use up overripe bananas.

I’ve never seen someone put butter on hard boiled eggs. I guess it makes sense if they’re hot. I always refrigerate them before we eat them, I’ll have to try it next time. Love your videos girl!

The meat masher that you used for the potatoes is absolutely perfect for slicing/chopping up eggs! They come out perfectly cut and you can use it on a huge bowl of eggs.

Some people don't realise how well they eat, at least your giving your family plenty of fruit and vegetables.
I often saute my vegetables in broth or water as I don't use oil/butter. It's something you can do in a pinch! Also you can start by using onions to let some water go and keep things more nonstick for the other veggies.
This is a strategy for people that eat whole food plant based (no processed foods like oil). They have a lot of other strategies to use and I've found that water is cheaper than oil, so it works for me!

Oh my gosh. Try peanut butter and jelly grilled It’s soooooo good, tomato soup quick easy cheap meal too. As kids my sister and I made poor mans goulash elbow macaroni noodles and canned tomatoes, garlic and onion powder. Yummy. Maybe throw in some corn and beans in the poor mans goulash if you need more vegetables.
Hi Jamerrill I use wanted to thank you for all your tips on make/prepare ahead meals. My Mum who was also my best friend passed away last year (2020) on Boxing Day. Eleven years ago when I was 32 my specialists gave me two years at the most to live which was realistic considering I have had to be resuscitated many times etc. I won't bore you with my extensive health issues except the fact that I've had thousands of kidney stones over the years and I currently have two 15mm stones that are still growing and because my body has replaced my venous system)with new small veins going all over the place which constantly bleed quick and long I can't have them removed.

Did you know Toad in the Hole is actually a Yorshire pudding batter with sausages in it, and baked in the oven. That's the original anyways. Also instead of peeling the potatoes as you did, before you put them in the water, or when they're cooked, just make one skin deep slice around the middle (crosswise not lengthwise) of the potato, and holding both ends (with hands meeting in the middle, you may need oven mitts if hot) twist in either direction and the entire half skin should slip right off. Just like when you're twisting two halves of a peach only just the skins are being twisted.
Okay, two things. The extra veg from the fried rice would be soooo good in the potato soup! I always put carrots and celery in my potato soup. Adds some variety to it.
And #2, I love making fried rice. I use toasted sesame oil in mine as well and recently found out that it’s called a “finishing oil” and you’re not supposed to add it until you’re done cooking your meal. Totally made a difference! Don’t need as much either. Also, a dash of oyster sauce in the friend rice is delicious😍

Just good and simple food when on a strict budget! We eat like this most of the time but add some extra yummy ingredients to make the dishes not be quite so simple . It’s ridiculous how fast a food budget can go wacky if you start swaying away from the produce dairy and meat and bread areas in a grocery store! Making your food from scratch is the way to go for the most nutritious and healthy and cheapest way to go when on a budget! Great video!Blessings!❤️

If you like spicy beans but not too spicy, when you make 1 lb of beans (I use pinto or anasazi) add a 16 oz jar of salsa, a 4oz can of diced green chiles, and a can of Rotel. And cook the beans in chicken broth instead of water. You will not be disappointed!
That's how we do it in New Mexico LOL.
I throw it all into the instant pot and just cook it together for like 45min. I do rinse the beans first but I do not soak them first. And I don't measure the chicken broth I just cover the beans until the liquid reaches the middle knuckle on my index finger when my finger touches the bottom lol. If I don't have enough broth I will add a little water. You can add seasonings too, and even some ground beef if you like. This is actually my chili base. Sometimes I just make the beans and eat over cornbread or with a flour tortilla on the side. Other times I go all the way and make chili with it. This can be done on the stovetop or Crock-Pot or instant pot etc. If it needs thickening just mash up some of the beans.

Hi Jamerill, this is Sue, just a tip, when boiling eggs, if you start off with cold water they won't crack, l start with cold water, bring to boil, and turn off, then put lid on and set timer for 13 minutes. Perfect egg everytime. but love this video on extreme. great work.
Humble ingredients, humble cooking, as the Mother Nature has intended. Don’t get me wrong I love cooking with beautiful meat cuts and fresh fish from the fishmongers, however knowing how to cook and to love to cook with humble ingredients shows how respectful you are towards the nature (learnt it along my cooking career).

Jammerill, Dollar Tree carries a wonderful brand of shelf stable milk. It's $1 per carton and can be bought in whole or 2 percent, as well as Almond milk. It's great for cooking instead of your other milk. Once opened and refrigerated, it tastes just as good as any milk. Having it on hand for emergency use is a great plan. I use it exclusively. Try it. It's a lot of bang for your buck!
When you make Pinto beans try putting fresh onion, rotel tomatoes while they cook and at very end add cilantro they are so yummy.
When I saw your beans first thought I had was to dice up dill pickles add to bowl of beans with or without juice.

If you need the appearance of milk in a soup or gravy, you can use just a bit of evaporated milk or powdered milk to make it white and smell like milk without adding a lot of milk.

Hi, i just wanted to give you more meal ideas. I am a mom of 5 and I've had some very hard years, financially speaking. I had to count every penny. Here are some cheap meals i came up with:
-home made falafel, dried chickpeas are really cheap. I made huge batches of falafels and froze it in family portions. I served it with homemade wraps (much cheaper to make than buying) i served with homemade chumous (also made with the dried chickpeas) and cut up veggies.
-vegetarian chilli. Dried beans with canned tomatoes, fresh carrots, celery and onion. Served with homemade tortillas.
-tofu shnitzels. We are a kosher family and meat cost at least 4x the price of non kosher meat. These tofu shnitzels were great. Slice tofu, roll in flour then egg and breadcrumb. I would spray with oil and bake in oven. You need to season the bread crumbs enough otherwise it won't have any taste.
- barley vegetable soup. If you add enough veggies and make it really hardy it is definetly a good dinner. Serve with a platter of cut up veggies and garlic toast
- split pea soup with hot dogs. Slice the hotdogs and cook them in the soup. They give a really meaty flavor to the soup. And serve with toats.
- pasta in any shape or form is always a very cheap meal
- tuna patties, i used to buy huge cans of tuna for really cheap. Mix in bread crumbs, eggs, grated carrot, onion, celery and bake. Makes great lunches for school.
I hope these ideas will help families out there struggling to feed their family. Prices have gone up and even though we are doing better financially i feel like i need to go back to my penny pinching meals. The important thing for me was that my kids were fed healthy meals and that they should never ever feel the stress and pressure of our finances. Kids need to feel safe and know that they will not go to bed hungry. I always presented the meals in a fun way (nice dishes, or cut up nicely..) so that they didn't realise that it wasn't "fancy" food. And to you mom's out there, don't feel guilty!! Kid's don't need steak and expensive foods to be healthy. They need plenty of veggies and fruits so buy what ever is in season and on special. Oats make a great breakfast.
Eggs in the instant pot for easy peeling is more important with farm fresh eggs. Store eggs are probably at least a month old by the time we get them so they peel way easier.
