Love kale.....I have only cooked curly kale though... not this type. Where I live we call it lacinato or dinosaur kale. I have only used this one for wraps. Yours looks so glossy and pretty and is nicely seasoned, I think I'm gonna give this one a try ! Thanks Jerene :-)
