Don't give all our secrets away, Lol. Yes the lidar really helps along with the old maps. Those are some cool buckles Shawn. So many old buttons. Congrats Jerry on your seated dime. Congrats Kenny on your first Classic head Largie. Nice old Indians and relics. Take care guys.
💥💥💥💥Congratulations!!! What an epic day in a field of dreams!!! The simultaneous, “What is that?”--- A beautiful large cent! Everybody found something great. Everybody left smiling. Nobody told Jerry about the dirt on his face. What a day. Hats off to you, gentlemen, Hats off.
The dirt on his face tells me he's a man who knows how clean a copper in the field. Keep hitting that site. Don't leave fish to find fish. If asked, my favorite fishing spot is five miles away from the waters I cast my lines. But you guys already know that. Great site. Great day!😄😄😄@@detectingpa8968
Congrats crew! That was a good one Boys! 1st Large for Kenny was super cool! I've only found 1. Glad he had a date showing up! Mine was a 1851. Go back to that place! Good luck crew! Rk.
Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! Awesome old relics and coins guys 🤯🤯🤯 Amazing job finding those old sites too, WOW!!! Yay!!! Kenny💥💥💥Congratulations on that incredible large cent!!!!!!! That was 🔥🔥🔥guys, thank you all 💖💖💖
Exactly what I was thinking. Lots of undergrowth and brambles. Fallen logs. A little clean up operation will surely lead to many more finds. @@detectingpa8968
Enjoy the fruits of all that hard work. You boys earned those finds. I found an 1853 half dime a few years ago, so I liked seeing that 1850 dime come out of the ground. It's an amazing hobby, and I appreciate you bringing me along, lol. Me and all the other viewers
Those 1870’s Indians are rare, we have never found one from the 70’s plenty from the 60’s but never a 70’s. Man what a site! Imagine how much you guys missed too! That’s one of those rare locations that just keeps giving for trips to come! Seated Liberty is in amazing shape! Congratulations guys! Keep pounding that spot!
Every Indian we dig, it’s wishing it’s a 70’s. lol. They certainly don’t surface often. Definitely going to plan a trip back there. Even if it’s just after work for a little while. Gotta be more there! Seated Quarter perhaps? I mean they were losing LARGE cents. Lol
Ya boy haha!!! Another great video and what an awesome site. Tons of good finds, those days are so good you never want to leave. Congrats to Kenny on his largie 👍🏻 i have been also using that same website along with lidar to find potential sites for this up coming spring.
Imagine trying to navigate to find these sites before the internet came along. lol. Works out good for us because we know there’s lots of lost sites that are virgin ground. 😁
I've been watching them all and they are all good! Your narrationj is good and you do good research. You guys hunt the best way. Old maps, hiking deep into the woods, etc. I do the same thing just a little south of y'all in NWV and far SWPA. Best channel I've seen, seriously....@@detectingpa8968
Always enjoy you guys I'm a old grouse hunter 74 years old do you guys flush many looks like great habitat muse to hunt Pennzoil property lots of old cut rock long way from Kentucky but I always going to PA
Thanks John. We do not jump many grouse. Unfortunately the population has plummeted over the last 10-15 years. It’s sad. Hopefully some day they make a comeback.
Oh it is. You guys do a great job. The finds are awesome and the editing and video creations is fantastic. Always look forward to your videos.@@detectingpa8968
Great hunt thanks for sharing how to info hope all is well maybe get to meet up with yas this year to go on a hunt God Bless and happy dirt fishin…Virgil
And that research paid off big time! Virgin sites ARE still out there, as you just proved. Really great day and I am excited to think the "other" site may be at least as good.
Thanks Grandad! Seems that’s the only way we get on virgin sites these days. Thanks as always for commenting and watching! We are headed to the other site tomorrow we think.
What county are you swinging in ? The large cents are an Archaeological coin because they are no longer legal tender, where Indian Head Pennies are still legal tender.

Nice find boys! Kenny's largie is an 1840s braided hair by the way. 👍
Yea, we figured it out after. Likely an 1838 modified. Thanks Drew!!
Great hunt guys. What a killer site. Always great getting on those really old sites.
Definitely is, Chad! They don’t pop up very often here in western Pa.

Nice😊
Thank you Richard!
I like the fast-pace to the digs, awesome you found so much.
Those sites don’t come around too often. Had to be fast paced to fit all of the finds in one episode. 😂
What an awesome hunt, and thanks for sharing how y’all find the sites. Yall Rock !
Absolutely Toby. Still virgin sites to be found!
Great site and thanks for information on your research for old sites. Very good video, keep it up, love the way you two present your videos. Scott

We are slacking on the lunch part lately. We need to start getting back to that. Definitely get hungry out in the woods!
1831 awesome
👍👍
Thanks Jillian!
wow what a day congrats
Thanks Bill!
That was a braided hair large cent. Probably 1838. Classic head looks different. Still always nice to find
Yep! The old eyes and the fact we are still learning as we go proves to be difficult haha! Thanks for the help on the ID!
Awesome as usual guys! Where’s the 1861 map from, is that a local obtained scan? Or a website of old maps?
Love watching the adventures
Just google 1800s maps from your area and find the earliest one. That’s what’s we did.
Around here we have 1938 Aerial photos . Clearinghouse
I’m thinking our earliest one is 1944. It changes per township I believe.
Asome find's guys what's the site to the pa lidar map world help a lot
Apple products is just the USGS website with the Hillshade feature checked. Android has an actual app you can download that works well too.
What county are you swinging in ? The large cents are an Archaeological coin because they are no longer legal tender, where Indian Head Pennies are still legal tender.
We detect mostly Armstrong.
Looks like a late 1830's large cent, modified matron
Absolutely! Not a classic head.
Thank you! It was stumping us with that date.
Thanks Jeremy. It was a stumper for us.
Sean humility. Thanks sir
