Sailing Grace: Lively Sail with Another Boat-Builder, Chesapeake Passagemaker

Continuing to catch up on some favorite sailing from this year, I enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of sailing, with lively breezes, beautiful weather, and especially meeting another boat-builder.

Great video - I'm a friend and co-worker of Michael's from many years ago and was lucky to have sailed with him including once up at Lake Erie up to Canada in August '01.

Ah, yes...Fish Point (Pelee Island) or Bust in Magic Pearl, my old Sea Pearl 21, wherein a good time was had by all.
Then there was the first time we sailed on Lake Erie, remember? Sailing over to Mouse Island (near Catawba), back to Marblehead, then caught in a sudden squall there by a freighter loading up at the stone docks on our way back to the ramp, wherein a wild time was had by all.

@@michaelscheibeck4695 Reminds me of some times in my dad's Highlander 308--up to Pelee and back to Catawba, getting chased by squalls around Mouse Island...
