It's crazy that the last rare brawler was rosa which got added in 2019!! And i think the reason is that now with the feature where you can get the brawler with credits after a few days of release if they did it with a rare brawler 2 things could happen : 1. A chaos/brawlerocaplyse, or 2. The brawler would be basicqlly useless like barley, rosa, etc. and nobody would even wanna get it. The argument that chromatic brawlers helped speed up the unlock process is just stupid. When chroma credits still existed i had to wait something like three months just to get the chromatic brawler, even with every other brawler unlocked. Now i just unlock every brawler in a few weeks, maybe a little over s month if it's a legendary. The only way i see to fix the rarities is to give some brawlers a lower rarity, espetially if their mechanics are simple (like how is mr p a mithic brawler it doesn't make sense)

My problem with chromas being removed is that it makes brawler unlocks much more out of your control. Reliable credit sources are pretty limited and unless you grind trophy road or masteries it can take up to 4 seasons for 1 legendary brawler if you complete the pass every season.
They either need to start giving more credits or add chromatic back, at the rate they're adding brawlers an f2p could NEVER finish the starr road, ever.

New players get the brawlers in the lower rarities first so they can learn how to play the game. It’s also the game’s main way of making money. Players continue playing the game because they want to unlock the rarer brawlers. Both the players and the devs need the rarity system
I think Edgar should become rare and Stu super rare, this way both rarities have an assassin, and bit of a hot take but I feel like Piper should become super rare. Idk what other epic and mythic brawlers to demote yet but these are some examples

I put Edgar in super rare because he's easy to understand and has some decently unique mechanics, but Stu should definitely stay in epic or even higher. He's much too complicated to be in super rare with him being able to charge his super in one attack, and using his super the way it should is difficult to grasp at first. Piper similarly should stay in epic. Newer players wouldn't understand how to space out to deal her maximum damage or use her super correctly. There are so many moments where I see new players try to walk up to an enemy just to use Piper's super. For mythic brawlers, however, having so many makes less sense since they're supposed to be rarer and hard to get. Probably because super rare and rare brawlers are pretty simple with not many unique mechanics, as a sort of ease-in to the more unique brawlers in epic and beyond. I'd argue it'd also be a lot more difficult to get people to get excited for the release if it's just a new rare vs a new legendary.

Rare - very easy to pick up and play for new players Super Rare - interesting gimmick or mechanic, but still easy to pick up and play Epic - the first rarity that gets really interesting. Your first one is most likely EMZ, Bo, Edgar or Griff, which are the simplest to learn (except maybe Frank) Mythic - this rarity feels really special to get for the first time. Usually reserved for the most complex characters Legendary - just like mythic, but with a little more strength to make them stronger than other characters (see Draco, Kit, and Leon in low ladder lobbies) The best solution in my opinion is just to lower the rarities of some brawlers based off of how complex they are. Griff/Edgar could be changed to super rare and I don’t think much would change. Same thing with changing Byron to epic. I think rares and legendarys should have (roughly) the same amount of characters, and super rare and mythic could too. It’s fine that epic has the most, because it’s the middle rarity.
there are 2 brawl talks left this year, and last year they said they plan to rework the trophy road this year, i think they will make it give u better rewards, but if they just multiple the credit drops, it would be really easy to unlock brawlers, so if they will bring back chromatics (which i doubt but i hope they do) they will probabyl replace some of the credits in the trophy road with chroma credits, so that they don´t have to get rid of any of the brawl pass creditsk

Possibly a rarity called Champion, I know I know, it could scare those player that have been playing Clash Royale. Here's how it could be unlocked by possibly also bring Chroma-Credit back possibly the way to unlock this type of brawler is by somehow using both the normal Credit that we still have and Chroma Credit.

I liked it with the chromatic brawlers, because not only they are realising 2 brawlers every update but they are always epic or mithic sometimes legendary which makes it very hard to get a new brawler if you're free to play. Also with the croma credits was better because you were getting one chrimatic brawler per season which is good now when the seasons are only 1 month.

i remember when chromatics were being removed and me being in a rush to get as many as possible, i liked most of the chroma brawlers because of how unique they all were but didn't want to be held back by the credit shortage in the game. So I had to get brawlers that I still never play (like cord and surge). I have all of the brawlers rn though it took me a while to get brawlers that i actually liked.
Tbh it's going to do absolutely nothing, it's simply going to be another high rarity that will soon be overpopulated, if they take away from other brawler rarities chances are they will take from epics and mythics, which would just make players that have yet to unlock all epics and mythics have to spend even more time than before because guess what it's going to take more credits to unlock this higher rarity. And the rarity is in between two already existing rarities so the lines between what a mythic, an exotic and a legendary should be are blurry. This will just lead to them taking a brawler they have made and slot it into one of the categories, that's what they do every update, the difference is that this rarity will be so close to mythics that if it's higher than a mythic in rarity they will just slide it in there because no one would argue it can't be an exotic and now you just got an epic brawler with an exotic cost, same if it was below mythic, now you get an epic with an exotic cost. Even if it worked for a while it will eventually get oversaturated just like all other rarities, why? because your frame of reference for what is a high amount of brawlers in a rarity are the other rarities, namely the lower ones since those are the first ones you unlock, so long they keep the rares and the super rares low they will never get rid of the problem discussed in the video. (how can rares and super rares +Shelly total to 19 brawlers, but epics alone are 25, mythics alone are 25, and for goodness' sake why the hell are there more legendaries than rares)

I liked it with the chromatic brawlers, because not only they are realising 2 brawlers every update but they are always epic or mithic sometimes legendary which makes it very hard to get a new brawler if you're free to play. Also with the croma credits was better because you were getting one chrimatic brawler per season which is good now when the seasons are only 1 month.

Yeah sure you expect supercell to backtrack very realistic. How would it even benefit the game to add chromatic brawlers back, after a few seasons there would again be too many and the game would still be in the same position. This was a nothing video

i remember when chromatics were being removed and me being in a rush to get as many as possible, i liked most of the chroma brawlers because of how unique they all were but didn't want to be held back by the credit shortage in the game. So I had to get brawlers that I still never play (like cord and surge).
I have all of the brawlers rn though it took me a while to get brawlers that i actually liked.

Tbh it's going to do absolutely nothing, it's simply going to be another high rarity that will soon be overpopulated, if they take away from other brawler rarities chances are they will take from epics and mythics, which would just make players that have yet to unlock all epics and mythics have to spend even more time than before because guess what it's going to take more credits to unlock this higher rarity. And the rarity is in between two already existing rarities so the lines between what a mythic, an exotic and a legendary should be are blurry. This will just lead to them taking a brawler they have made and slot it into one of the categories, that's what they do every update, the difference is that this rarity will be so close to mythics that if it's higher than a mythic in rarity they will just slide it in there because no one would argue it can't be an exotic and now you just got an epic brawler with an exotic cost, same if it was below mythic, now you get an epic with an exotic cost.
Even if it worked for a while it will eventually get oversaturated just like all other rarities, why? because your frame of reference for what is a high amount of brawlers in a rarity are the other rarities, namely the lower ones since those are the first ones you unlock, so long they keep the rares and the super rares low they will never get rid of the problem discussed in the video. (how can rares and super rares +Shelly total to 19 brawlers, but epics alone are 25, mythics alone are 25, and for goodness' sake why the hell are there more legendaries than rares)
