- Heritage sites in Iloilo City is a living witness to the rich cultural heritage of the Ilonggo people, many beautiful and artistic structures stand proud amidst the fast progress and urbanization of the metro.
Iloilo City is very much blessed with a local government and private conservation groups that recognizes the tourism, economic, cultural, and psychic value of safeguarding heritage structures and to uphold the city’s roots and birthright.
So, let’s take a look to some of the city’s heritage restoration efforts in the past few years that adds to its roster of historical and cultural attractions.
